Soybean is important to grain and oil as a kind of agricultural product,also it is polyfunctional as strategic product.Every country in the world try their best to enhance the quality of soybean which contain protein and oil,because 65% of protein and 31% of oil that human can eat are from soybean.In our country,soybean stay in a low level in per unit area yield,and its quality do the same,therefore,our own soybean has no advantage in competition with other nations’.Nowadays,high-oil soybean has a deeply impact to domestic soybean,almost 70% of soybean in China depend on import and the gap between supply and need in our country is larger year by year.So,it becomes an important project to foster high-producing and high-quality soybean planted in China.This study is based on the analysis of 1744 stems of soybeans’ evaluation of the appearance and quality traits,and these soybeans are selected and fostered by Shanxi Agricultural University.We choose 650 stems and 650 stems from them to evaluate their fat and protein levels respectively,also protein and amino acid analysis was performed on 5 black soybean materials.In order to clarify the characteristics of the quality traits of the breeding lines and furthermore supply theoretical basis for fostering high-quality soybean in domestic,this study make comparation in characteristics of the quality traits,protein and fat content of the approved varieties,breeding lines and local varieties;Analyze the main appearance quality traits,protein and fat content between the breeding lines of different parent sources;Evaluate the appearance quality,nutritional quality,quality traits and agronomic traits by using correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis for some excellent materials.The main results are as follows:1.To evaluate the 11 appearance qualities of 1744 soybean materials,the coefficient of variation of grain thickness was the lowest,and the coefficient of variation of Hunter index L was the highest.The principal component analysis was divided into two categories,and seven different materials were selected.2.The 650 materials were evaluated for protein and fat,and 48 high-protein materials and 255 high-fat materials were selected.3.Principal component analysis of 500 materials’ quality characters and dimensionality reduction were conducted to select 5 soybean materials with excellent quality characters.There was no significant difference in quality characters between the bred line and the approved variety,and there was significant difference with the local varieties.4.Through comprehensive evaluation of the agronomic traits of 51 cultivated lines,five materials with excellent comprehensive traits were selected.
