With the development of the social economy,the people's living standards have been continuously improved,and people's requirements for the environment and life quality have become higher and higher,causing the demand for plants and flowers to rise sharply.Therefore,how to cultivate high-quality flowers at low cost and high efficiency is the main contradiction of seedling cultivation.The work described in this paper is to solve this problem.Through the research and development of intelligent flower growth box,we try to explore the cultivation method of flowers in the smart nursery,and provide technical support for efficient and large-scale production of plants.The research contents described in this paper mainly include:(1)An intelligent flower growth box with environmental factor monitoring and automatic control functions is set up.Catharanthus roseus is selected as the experimental object.The cultivation is carried out in the natural environment.Then the growth models among environmental factors,development time and the four appearance indicators are fitted.Based on the models,a set of environmental factor values that are most conducive to flower development are derived.And it is set as the target value for automatic control in the box.(2)A control experiment is set up to verify the effect of the growth box.This experiment is carried out in the intelligent flower growth box which has automatic control function of environmental factors and the common nursery greenhouse which does not have automatic control function of environmental factors respectively.The model between the appearance indicators and development time of the two groups of experiments is fitted.(3)The two groups of growth models for the control experiment are analyzed.From the perspective of developmental speed,the fitting curves of the four appearance indicators indicate that the experimental group develops faster.From the perspective of cultivation results,the plant height of the experimental group tends to 19.86 cm,which is 11.82%higher than that of the control group.The crown of the experimental group tends to be 12.94 cm,which is 5.55%higher than the control group.The number of leaves and flower buds increases exponentially during the observation period and the results of the experimental group were superior to the control group.This paper summarizes the experimental results and concludes that:the intelligent flower growth box plays an important role in promoting plant development.And it realizes the refined management of plant growth and provides technical support for advancing the construction of smart nurseries.
