With the continuous development of facilities agriculture,the micro plant factory which is quite suitable for household use has also begun to rise s.However,at present,the high energy consumption and low degree of intelligence of micro plant factory,so it is not convenient for users to use,thus it is difficult to push to the market.In this paper,the relationship between the growth condition of lettuce and the growth environment in plant factory is studied.To a great extent,a set of intelligent monitoring and management system for micro plant factory is developed,the automatic operation of the micro plant factory in the multi growth mode and the function of the user choosing the online expert trusteeship can solve the user's lack of time or experience to manage plant factory.The main work of the study includes the following aspects:(1)The effects of different photoperiod and nutrient concentration combinations on the growth of lettuce were studied.By setting up three photoperiod levels of P1(14h),P2(16h)and P3(18h),and four concentration levels of N1(0.5 times standard concentration),N2(1 times standard concentration),N3(1.5 times standard concentration)and N4(2 times standard concentration).The yield indexes,such as morphological indexes,dry weight and dry weight of lettuce under different levels were measured and compared.The effects of the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and nitrate were analyzed,and the effects of the photoperiod,the concentration of nutrient solution and their interaction on the growth of lettuce were analyzed.(2)Research on the three decision modes of growth patterns under intelligent control objectives.In this paper,three growth modes,including energy saving priority growth mode,quality priority mode and expected harvest time mode,are established to determine the controlling method of photoperiod and nutrient concentration.The relationship model of yield and accumulated temperature(GDD)and the relationship between the energy consumption and the photoperiod,day temperature and night temperature are studied under the energy saving priority growth model.The relation model of the output value of the unit to the photoperiod,the day temperature and the night temperature is obtained.The maximum energy consumption is the most energysaving,according to this definition of the unit power consumption.The corresponding decision plan for photoperiod,daytime temperature and night temperature corresponding to the priority growth mode of energy conservation is formulated.Under the quality priority mode,the relationship between the quality index of lettuce and the photoperiod and the concentration of nutrient solution was studied.The conclusion was that the quality of lettuce was the highest under the combination of P3N3.Under the premise of reducing energy consumption,the temperature regulation mode under this model was formulated.Under the expected harvest time mode,the corresponding photoperiod can be calculated on the basis of the relationship model of the collection period,the photoperiod and the concentration of nutrient solution.(3)Design and develop an intelligent monitoring and management system based on Internet of things for micro plant factory.The user mainly monitors and manages the micro plant factory through Web intelligent monitoring and management system.The software development mainly includes four parts: interface design,database design,communication protocol design and software deployment test.The interface design includes the login interface,the device view interface,the parameter setting interface,the manual control interface,the historical data view interface,the managed pay interface and so on.Database design mainly aims at system requirements,such as user information table,device information table,manual control table,parameter setting table and other key data tables.The communication protocol design mainly formulated the sensor information acquisition protocol,the picture information acquisition protocol,the executive mechanism control protocol,the growth mode control protocol and other related protocols.
