Research On The Resident Satisfaction Of Forest Sector’s Ecological Function With A Case Study Of Zhunger County

Zhunger county is located in the east of Ordos.It is semi-arid continental climate that ecosystem environment is quite fragile.Zhunger county is a typical resource-based city.Economy development is mainly based on the secondary industry of mineral resources that exacerbates the deterioration of the natural environment.In recent years,forestry sector vigorously has carried out natural environmental management measures,which has achieved remarkable results that the whole county of the ecological environment has undergone tremendous changes.Vegetation coverage rate has reached 73.4%and forest coverage rate is 34.4%in 2016 year.Highly quality ecological environment provides material basis for economy development but also is conducive to the living of the local residents.The forestry sector is one of the government departments that plays a essential role in the natural environment protection and management.Its main responsibility is to develop policy and management standards in the areas of forestry management,afforestation,environmental greening,prevention and control of desertification as well as wetland ecological environment protection.Ecological function of forestry sector refers to the forestry sector provides the required highly quality public forestry ecological products and services to the social public on the basis of the residents’ demands.There are totally 199 questionnaires analyzed by SPSS 22.0 to research the resident satisfaction degree of local forest sector’s ecological function.Main conclusions are as follows:First,the three dimensions influence factors of resident satisfaction scores on forest sector’s ecological function of Zhunger county from low to high order respectively as natural environment management mean(M=2.09)<developing ecological culture system(M=2.34)<ecological environmental policy management(M=2.83).All the residents have showed a higher satisfaction degree score to the forestry sector ecological function working.This shows that forest sector of Zhunger county plays a best role in natural ecological environment management,which residents’ satisfaction is the highest.The evaluation of ecological environment policy management satisfaction degree is the lowest.Second,the ecological function analysis of the forestry sector by different factors reflects the different needs of different residents.Third,the regression analysis results have obtained the equation of ecological function.
