Study On Industrialization Development Of Phyllostachys Pubescens In Guangning County

In the previous plenary sessions of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC and the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,it was emphasized that China should concentrate resources to develop ecological,green,sharing and recycling industries.The industrialization of bamboo is not only a green and ecological sharing industry,but also a recycling industry and low carbon industry.The development of bamboo industrialization in Guangning County is a solution to improve the productivity of forest land,develop and construct mountainous areas,and change the lagging economic development of mountainous counties.Starting from the historical background and economic situation of Guangning County and the actual situation of the local countryside,this paper makes an analysis and Research on the planting and processing enterprises of bamboo in Guangning County,which is consistent with the needs of scientific development and sustainable development.It is conducive to promoting the reform and innovation of the county's agricultural system,breaking through the shortcomings of economic development and speeding up the steady development of mountain economy in Guangning County.This paper mainly adopts the theory of agricultural industry development,aiming at combining theory with practice,using empirical research as well as empirical research to study problems from different perspectives and directions,and always following the inference and analysis of problems,so as to find out the logic of thinking of curing both symptoms and root causes,and scientifically using the methods of literature research,case study and field investigation.The problems existing in the process of bamboo industrialization development in Guangning County are put forward,which mainly include:first,the low level of bamboo industrialization development;second,the unreasonable industrial structure;third,the slow development of bamboo industry;through the analysis of three aspects,it is concluded that the insufficient impetus of relevant departments to bamboo industrialization,the ability of growers and the traction of leading enterprises are the causes.At the same time,we use the experience of the development of bamboo industrial agglomeration base in Binheng town as a case to stimulate the development of bamboo industrialization in this county.This paper puts forward the following countermeasures: strengthening the management of bamboo industrialization,strengthening the role of leading enterprises and farmers' professional cooperative organizations,and enhancing the propaganda of bamboo in Guangning County as the promotion measures toenhance the development of bamboo industrialization in Guangning County.
