Today,with the rapid development of economy,the digital economy has become the most distinctive feature of the modern era.The earth we live on has also become a huge database,which has accumulated data and information at all levels of society.In such an era of data information,we must learn to use these data information to continuously analyze,explore,mining,and then convert these data information into visual information.In this way,we can convert these data information into practical reference data and provide a reliable data basis for any decision-making.Along with the development trend of digital globe,Chinese scientists have also proposed the concept of ocean data.As a powerful marine country,the ocean is a key area of China's development in the new century,and marine data is also an important part of the global village database.The surface area of the earth is about 510 million square kilometers,of which the mainland accounts for about 21%.The mainland alone has formed a huge database of global villages.It can be seen that ocean data is extensive and there are many kinds of data.With the continuous development of information technology,the collection and storage methods of ocean data are constantly improving,and the speed of obtaining marine data is immeasurable.Among them,fishery data is an inseparable and important part of marine data.The East China Sea is one of the main bases of China's marine fishery resources.The protection of fishing grounds and marine fishing operations affect the stability of China's fishery resources in real time.As a national new area,Zhoushan's traditional basic industry is the coastal fishery in the East China Sea.It is such a traditional industry that has increased the income level of fishermen in Zhoushan,improved the quality of life for people in Zhoushan,and promoted the vigorous development of Zhoushan seafood economy.However,after a period of rapid development of coastal fishing in Zhoushan,many contradictions have become increasingly prominent,such as the contradiction between fishing operations and the restoration of fishery resources,the contradiction between coastal fisheries development and fishery resources management and so on.How to predict the marine fisheries,how to restore coastal fishery resources,and how to realize the transformation and upgrading of coastal fisheries is not only the urgent need to be solved in the entire Zhoushan New District,but also the key link to achieve the sustainable development of coastal fisheries.Based on the data of fishing vessels in the East China Sea,this dissertation analyzes the data of fishing grounds by using the K-means method of cluster analysis in data mining,and compares the clustering results.Finally,we get the conclusion of the distribution of fisheries in the East China Sea,and evaluate the fishery situation of the fishing grounds.Suggestions are put forward to limit the fishing amount and realize the transformation and upgrading of fisheries.
