Natalium(Quercus nuttallii Palmer)is a kind of genus of cupulidae,native to North America.It has unique shape,abundant color and strong resistance,and is an excellent ornamental and ecological tree species in the city.After the introduction of natalium into China,it can adapt well to the climatic environment in hunan and other places and has excellent ornamental characteristics,which is of great significance for solving the problems of single tree species and weak landscape effect in urban gardens.Yangzhou is located in the central part of Jiangsu province,the lower reaches of the Yangtze river and huai river.In recent years,natalium has been introduced and cultivated in Yangzhou area,but the quantity is less,only scattered in urban garden and green space,but its seedling growth adaptability and cutting seedling technology in Yangzhou area are rarely reported so far.This paper dynamically observed the different old natalya oak seedling growth indexes of plants in Yangzhou region,studies the fertilization of natalya oak seedling stage and the influence of the shape index and its cold resistance,analyses the status and inner factors natalya oak leaves turn color,and studied the different cuttings,rooting agent and cutting container to natalya oak cutting seedlings of influence.The main results are as follows:(1)The morphological indexes of plant height,stem coarseness,leaf length,leaf width,number of leaves,branches and length of first lateral branch of a.nantaci increased with time.In terms of different tree ages,the plant height and stem coarseness of the first and second year of nataka plant grew faster,while the leaf length and leaf width of the second year of nataka plant grew faster.In addition,June to September is the rapid growth period of natalium,which can be divided into two obvious growth periods,namely June to July and August to September.(2)Fertilization had significant influence on the morphology index of the second natalii seedling stage under the fertilization condition,plant height,stem,leaf length,leaf width and first lateral branch length of the second year of nataka plant were improved.The suitable transplanting time of annual natalia oleifera in Yangzhou area was early summer,and there was no freezing injury.(3)In October,the green of natale leaves faded to a reddish yellow,then changed from a reddish yellow to a reddish,and the reddish color deepened,becoming a vivid red in December.This is mainly caused by the change of pigment content in the leaves.Even if the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b in the leaves present green drops,the content of anthocyanin in the leaves present red rises.(4)Cutting cuttings in non-woven bag had the best rooting effect with Truffaut powder and 0.5%IAA,and the rooting rate reached 76.7%and 66.7%respectively.Cuttings of the main shoot of a.oleifera treated with Truffaut powder and 0.2%IAA could also take root,and the rooting rate was up to 50%and 63.3%in the non-woven bag.However,the root cutting using the lateral branches of biennial and quinquennial nertho as cuttings,no matter what kind of rooting agent or cutting container,the healing rate and rooting rate are low.In addition,the rooting rate and rooting rate of the seedling with non-woven bag were higher than that of the cutting seedling in the hole disk.
