Effects Of Different Treatments On Seedling Emergence And Growth Of Quercus Mongolica Fisch

The Quercus mongolica Fisch is a zonal tree species in western Liaoning province.Mongolia oak has obvious root,but the root is less affected the survival rate of afforestation,therefore,take measures to promote the growth of roots,has very important significance for improving the survival rate of Quercus in Mongolia.This paper takes Mongolia oak as the research object,using different processing methods,to investigate the influence of Mongolia,seedling root and seedling growth and development,the results of the study show that:in September 23,2015 the highest rate of seedling,seedling emergence rate reached 85.5%,the best quality,and with the autumn sowing time delayed germination rate showed a decreasing trend.From Liaoning Benxi seed germination rate,seedling height,root number reached the maximum value,respectively 89.1%,13.9cm,18.01,Heilongjiang dailing provenance diameter value,root length,aboveground biomass and underground biomass,respectively 4.3mm,18.98cm,2.22g,4.06g.When the sowing depth was 5cm,the seedling quality was the best,and the seedling height,ground diameter,taproot length,lateral root number reached the maximum,which were 14.72cm,3.12mm,14.02cm,16.23,significantly higher than the control and other treatments.For different plant growth regulators,the optimum concentration of NAA and ABT3 rooting powder was 150 mg.L-1,and the optimal concentration of IBA was about 200 mg.L-1.Large seed seedling height,ground diameter,root length,lateral root number,aboveground dry weight and root dry weight were significantly higher than that in seeds and small seeds,and the values were 13.98cm,2.98mm,14.67cm,14.23,1.49g,2.83g.There was no significant difference in shoot removal and multiple bud treatments.According to the above analysis,in Lingyuan City,the best sowing time of Mongolia oak is September 23rd,the best sowing depth is 5cm,and the choice of large seeds as far as possible.If the plant growth regulator for germination,suggested that NAA and ABT3 rooting powder concentration was 150 mg.L-i,the concentration of IBA was 200 mg.L-1.If the use of physical methods to germination,bud and shoot with the same effect.
