Research On The Quality Grading Of Cultivated Land In Xianyou County Based On Factor Correction Method

The grading of cultivated land quality is an indispensable part of land management,and it is the basic guarantee for the smooth development of land management.A comprehensive understanding of the distribution and quality of all cultivated land is a major guarantee for realizing the intensive,economical,efficient and scientific management of land natural resource,and also promoting the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.At the same time,it also provides an important guiding role for promoting the reform of land expropriation system,the revision of integrated land use planning,the establishment of basic farmland protection system,and the achievement of cultivated land balance and the promoting of cultivated land transfer.This paper takes Xianyou County as an example,according to the technical route stipulated in the Regulations on Agricultural Land Grading(GB/T 28405-2012),to research the grading of all the cultivated land in Xianyou County.Based on the results of annual renewal of cultivated land quality and the natural index of farmland grading results in Xianyou County,this paper adopted factor revision method,and combined with the actual situation of Xianyou County,selected seven correction factors,such as the influencing factors of central cities and towns,factors of road transportation conditions,factors of tillage distance and reasons of scarcity of cultivated land.The weighted sum obtains the corrected factor quality score,calculates the correction coefficient,and calculates the grading index of each unit.This study conducted quality grading of all cultivated land in Xianyou County,involving 28,277.19 hectares of cultivated land and 40,164 maps.The results show that:(1)In terms of quantity,the first and sixth arable land area of Xianyou County is the least,with an area of 1322.85 hectares(level 1)and 2606.62 hectares(level 6),accounting for 13.90%of the cultivated land area of Xianyou County;The area of second level cultivated land is 4214.60 hectares,accounting for 14.9%;the third,fourth and fifth grades of cultivated land are the most,with an area of 6,823.50 hectares(third grade),7188.20 hectares(four grades)and 6121.41 Hectares(Grade 5),totaling 20133.11 hectares,accounting for 71%of the cultivated land area of the region.The number of cultivated land in Xianyou County is relatively high.The quality of cultivated land in Xianyou County is mostly medium.(2)From the perspective of spatial distribution,the first-grade cultivated land is mainly distributed in Linan Town,Bangtou Town and Longhua Town;the second-level cultivated land is mainly distributed in Bangtou Town,Laidian Town and Daji Town,and the largest township is Bangtou.There are no secondary arable land in Xiyuan Town,Shicang Town,Shexing Town and Shufeng Town;the third-grade arable land is mainly distributed in Zhongshan Town,Bangtou Town,Du wei Town and Daji Town.The largest of them is Bangtou Town,and other towns have a small amount of distribution;the fourth-grade cultivated land is mostly distributed in Daji Town,followed by Duwei Town and Yuanzhuang Town;the five-level cultivated land is distributed in various towns,with Xiyuan Town,Youyang Town and Shufeng Town.The Youyang Town has the largest distribution;the sixth-grade is mostly distributed in Zhongshan Town,You yang Town and Xiyuan Town.(3)From the distribution of topographical locations,only a small amount of cultivated land in Xianyou County is distributed in areas with high soil fertility,good management benefits,flat terrain,convenient fanning,and adequate irrigation and drainage conditions.Most towns and villages belong to the hilly area.The cultivated land area is steep,the soil fertility is relatively low,the irrigation and drainage conditions are not satisfactory,and the central towns are not affected much,and the transportation convenience is low.In addition,there are very few cultivated land in Xianyou County distributed in areas with large slopes and poor irrigation and drainage conditions,and far away from towns,and the traffic access is low.
