Study On The Gradation Of Cultivated Land In Nanchang County Based On Two Methods

Cultivated land gradation is the comprehensive evaluation of cultivated land quality in certain administrative regions according to the natural factors,location factors and social and economic factors that affect the quality of cultivated land.Cultivated land level division focuses on reflecting the quality of arable land,natural and realistic caused by the different level and efficiency of cultivated land production level difference.The cultivated land grading results mainly serve the balance of cultivated land quality,land price evaluation and farmland circulation in county territory.In this study,a shallow analysis is carried out on the theory of the quality of cultivated land grading-classification-price system,and the method of cultivated land gradation is discussed.Taking all the cultivated land in nanchang county as the research object,using ArcGIS as data processing platform,using the amendment method and reference land unit method as the nanchang county farmland grading,Compare and analyze the results of the two methods,two methods for grading result difference unit and its extract,based on the principles of dominant factor rating,segmenting the difference unit,and then by the unit to evaluate the unit after segmentation,once again,grading,consistent results unit,combining two methods to get the final level of nanchang county cultivated land.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)According to the geographical location and economic situation of Nanchang County,The amendment method gradation result of Nanchang County,which mainly reflects the difference of land quality from the land location condition.Correction is applicable to the legal level have completed the area of farmland grading results,it will be better between classification results and grading results cohesion,bear the r ole of reach,and the role in provide basis for valuation of cultivated land,for reali zation of the grading-classification-price system provides a solid foundation.At pres ent,our country rarely use sample method to the grading,Nanchang county sample grading verified its feasibility,is embodied a grading factors impact on the quality of cultivated land within the region,the grading results in the area of comparable;In the future grading work,The sample method can be applied to the national farm land quality grading work.(2)Based on the comparative analysis of the results of the amendment method and the reference land unit method,it is concluded that there are some similarities and differences between the two classifying methods.For grading result difference u nit,based on the principles of dominant factor,The division unit is divided and ref ined according to the degree of urban influence,Then the units after segmentation are taken as an evaluation unit classification again,finally combined with the same result units of two methods to get the final achievements of farmland grading.(3)The final result of Nanchang County is obtained through the treatment of th e differential unit.The cultivated land level of Nanchang County is divided into eig ht levels,which is dominated by five or six levels.The first-level cultivated land a rea is 1780.18 hm~2;The second-level cultivated land area is 4737.58 hm~2;The thir d-levels cultivated land area is 7808.44 hm~2;The forth-levelscultivated land area is12163.95 hm~2;The area of fifth-levels cultivated land is 16686.42 hm~2.The area of sixth-levels cultivated land is 17000.56 hm~2.The area of seventh-levels cultivated l and is 13866.65 hm~2.The area of eighth-levels cultivated land is 4195.89 hm~2.The higher level of cultivated land,the better quality of cultivated land.A comprehensiv e analysis of the quality of cultivated land in Nanchang County is good,with mod erate fertility,and a stable production potential.Research shows that:through a comparative study of the two methods and co mbined with the dominant principle that the grading result is more scientific and ac curate,provide a scientific and reasonable guidance for farmland grading,but also provides a certain degree of feasibility suggestions for similar areas of farmland gra ding.
