Comparison The Growth Characteristics And Fruit Quality Of Different Strawberry Varieties Cultivated In Greenhouse

Strawberry has high nutritional value and good economic benefits.It is one of the fruits that are indispensable in daily life.Due to the lack of understanding varieties characteristics of strawberry in production,blind introduction and cultivation,often causes great yield losses.Through the research on the plant growth characteristics and fruit quality of the four strawberry varieties cultivated in the greenhouse of Shanxi Juxin Weiye Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co.Ltd.,a comprehensive analysis for multiple indicators was conducted to study the differences among the four strawberry varieties.By this way the excellent varieties with good quality,suitable for public taste,and suitable for greenhouse planting were selected,which can hopefully provide corresponding theoretical basis for selection of varieties during greenhouse strawberry cultivation,improve the greenhouse cultivation efficiency,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,and provide more theoretical support for new variety’s introduction and popularization.The results of the study are as followsNO.4 variety has the best plant growth characteristics,and the nutritional quality of the fruit is excellent in protein,soluble total sugar,vitamin C,water content,and total phenol;followed by NO.3 variety in the plant growth characteristics its nutritional quality of fruits was outstanding in soluble solids,organic acids,flavonoids,anthocyanins,and sugar-acid ratios.Both two varieties showed strong adaptation in No.14 greenhouse of Juxin Agricultural Park.It is recommended that No.3 and No.4 is more popular for consumers and can be used as main cultivated varieties.
