Effects Of Different Proportions Of Chinese Medicine Residue On The Growth And Quality Of Anemarrhena Asphodeloides

Anemarrhena asphodeloides is a perennial herb of Liliaceae,which has a high medicinal and ornamental value.Anemarrhena saponin B? and mangiferin are the main medicinal ingredients of Anemarrhenaasphodeloides.The content of them directly affect the quality of anemarrhena.This paper,combined with the production practice,using the maturity of the waste residue from Chinese medicine factory,combined with vermiculite,perlite in accordance with the different volume ratio make anemarrhena cultivation medium.This paper study the physical and chemical properties of Chinese herbs,the effect of different substrate ratio on the seed germination of Anemarrhena asphodeloides,and the effect of different substrate ratio on the growth and Physiological Indexes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.And the determination of the content of Anemarrhena saponin B? and mangiferin was carried out on cultivated Anemarrhena asphodeloides.The results show:1.Through studying the effects of different substrate ratio on the seed germination of Anemarrhena asphodeloides,I found group 8(Chinese medicine residue: vermiculite : perlite= 1: 2: 2)substrate ratio to seed germination was better than that of other groups,and germination rate is 71.39%,and germination potential is 57.33%.It shows group 8(Chinese medicine residue: vermiculite: perlite = 1: 2: 2)substrate ratio is relatively more suitable for the seed germination.2.Through studying the effects of different substrate ratio on the growth of Anemarrhena asphodeloides seedlings,I found that the group 6(Chinese medicine residue: vermiculite = 1: 2)is more suitable for the growth of Anemarrhena asphodeloides seedlings than the substrate,plant height is 53.5cm,root activity is 0.204 mg TTF/g·h,total chlorophyll content is 1.206mg/g,and enzyme activity is better,Anemarrhenau saponin B?content is 0.2059mg/g,mangiferin content is 0.0275mg/g.The indexes were relatively better than those of the other than the substrate ratio,indicating that the group 6(Chinese medicine residue: vermiculite = 1: 2)substrate ratio is suitable for the growth of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.3.To sum up,the group 8(Chinese medicine residue: vermiculite: Perlite =1:2:2)substrate ratio in seed germination test of Anemarrhena asphodeloides performed best,Group6(Chinese medicine residue: vermiculite = 1: 2)substrate ratio for the growth of Anemarrhena asphodeloides seedlings and Anemarrhena timosaponin B?content,mangiferincontent in line with pharmacopoeia regulations,the best performance.
