Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge is a kind of Perennial Herbs which belongs to thefamily of Liliaceae. It's a Chinese native medicine and demand greatly in china. It isreported that the root and stem has the quality of bitter and cold, which can nourish yin, clear away heat evil, moisturize dryness and promote bowel movement. Its growthenvironment is mountainous region which toward the sun, knoll and sand hill, often growthwith large weeds in group and have strong compatibility to environment, it's nature suit forthe warm, resistant cold and drought, and growth well in the loam and sandy soil which isloose, fertile and rich in humus. Yixian County was considered as the area of raw materialfor medicine production and this area are still in half wild cultivation situation. At present, the resources and cultivation measures are still to be few, especially for the nutritionresearch. So this situation make its SOP can't be established in the process of actualizingAnemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge GAP planting. The systematic studies on nutritionmanagement in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge cultivation can establish scientific andreasonable cultivating measure, improve the yield and quality of Anemarrhenaasphodeloides Bunge and protect the wild resources. Therefore, on the base of fieldinvestigation, we potted experiment and chemical analysis in laboratory and systematicstudies were carried out and acquire some important conclusions. The main results are asfellows:1. Basics on the information of geography region, meteorology climatic conditionswhich Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge distributes, we obtained the reasonable indexabout the year sunshine hours which being suitable grew,≥10℃year's accumulatedtemperature, extreme low temperature, annual mean temperature, frost-free period, theannual precipitation and so on. Elicit the agreement climate conditions according to a greatdeal of information. Plot Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge distributing area into 2 soilregions, 3 sub-regions, and 11 third level regions. Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bungemainly grows on soft loam soil and the soil pH-value is neutral to meta-acid. Comparing toother places in the soil, the concentrations of total nitrogen and phosphorus are richer, andAlk-hydro N, Available P and Available K are lower. As to the absorption of the wildAnemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge leaf, total potassium is relatively higher, total nitrogen and phosphorus are comparatively lower. The soil and plant nutrition conditions of theAnemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge distribution belong to neutral to under level.2. Some important conclusions were acquired by potted fertilizer experiment. Theresults are as follows, N fertilizer was the major factor on the number of leaf, fibrous root, and the fresh weight of root and leaf, K fertilizer and P fertilizer then followed. K fertilizertook the primary effects on the growth of leaves and roots while P fertilizer was the majorfactor on the tiller number. The best treatment for the growth in this study was thought tobe 34.46kg with (NH2)2CO, 52.25kg with Ca (H2PO4)4 and 7.78kg K2SO4 per 667m2. Theeconomical treatment was thought to be 17.23kg with (NH2)2CO, 26.12kg with Ca(H2PO4)4 and 15.56kg K2SO4 per 667m2. It thought to be the best treatment aider spray thefertilizer of 0.25% KH2PO4 with 50kg per 667m2 in July and August. The treatment ofwell-rotted sheep fertilizer can well increase the yield of roots, N, P, K content andimproved the Soil organic matter. The treatment of Compound fertilizer of N: P: K(15:15:15) can prolong the leaves growth period and increase the plant ornamental quality.
