Bamboo is a crop with high economic value,and cutting down bamboo and bamboo roots left after harvesting has become a problem today.According to the data,there are no real and reliable bamboo cutting machines and bamboo root excavation machines at home and abroad.Most of the relevant research at home and abroad is still in the laboratory stage.Therefore,this paper studies the research and development of the whole plant and the whole plant in the whole tree,and carries out related experiments and discussions.Through the field investigation of the bamboo forest and the measurement and analysis of the size of the bamboo,it is determined that the crawler chassis is used as the walking device,and the hydraulic transmission is determined as the transmission system.Based on this,extensive analysis and discussion were carried out.Secondly,with reference to the relevant literature and collating data,Solidworks was used to carry out three-dimensional modeling and design of the bamboo-rooted whole-row harvesting excavator,including: the determination of the excavation mechanism,the selection of the power source,the determination of the transmission mechanism,and the cutter.The design,the selection of the blade,etc.;on the other hand,using the ADAMS software to carry out the kinematics analysis of the model,and obtain the appropriate size of the corresponding parts,and according to the work of the bamboo and wood roots,the excavation work of the excavator The characteristics of the four devices,clamping,lifting and so on,established a complete hydraulic system,using ANSYS to verify the safety of the machine actuator,and processed it into a prototype to test again.Finally,according to the prototype test,it is found that the depth of the excavation is insufficient,the bamboo root effect is poor,and the problems such as oil leakage in the hydraulic transmission system and insufficient transmission power are used to prepare for the next generation of prototype optimization.Meet the design requirements.Select Linan small-scale trials in Zhejiang Province.From the perspective of the prototype test,the machine can effectively remove the bamboo in a certain diameter range,which can promote the labor intensity of forest farmers and improve the economic and ecological benefits of bamboo forest.
