The Key Technology Research Of Nutrition Rapid Reproduction On Potentilla Reptans

Potentilla Reptans has a broad application prospect in urban greening, but the low of seed set ting rate, the difficult of seed collection, and the way of seed breeding cann’t reach the rapid pro pagation, so it’s of great significance to research of the key technology of nutrition micropropagati on in Potentilla Reptans. The single factor experiment was made of the treatment of hormone, th e treatment of sugarwater, different parts of nutrition organs,different ways of planting.And the two factor comparison experiment of the hormone and sugar water.Then shading and watering.The results of the research are as follows:(1)Immersing in the 60% ABT for ten minutes,is advantageous to rapid propagation ofPotentilla Rept ans.Its survival rate is higher, coverage, leaf number and stolon number grow faster,and plant height and bi omas are higher.too.(2) Immersing in the 5% sugar for 20 minutes,is beneficial to improve the survival rate of Poten tilla Reptans, speed up its coverage, leaf number, the number of stolon growth, increase plant heig ht and biomass.(3)This paper discussed that different parts of nutrition organs had the influence on rapid pro pagation of Potentilla Reptans,the results showed that the stem with one growing point,the stem wi th two growing point,the stem with three growing point,the root with 10 cm,the son of stolons wit h no root all could be the propagating material, and it’s the best treatment that the stem with thre e growing point.(4) This paper discussed that different ways of planting had the influence on rapid propagati on of Potentilla Reptans,the results showed that it’s the best treatment that sowing by broadcastspa wning of stem; it’s the best treatment that sowing by ditching of root,it’s the best treatment that sowing bycuttaging of the son of stolons with no root.(5) This paper discussed that two factor comparison experiment of the hormone and sugar wat er had the influence on rapid propagation of Potentilla Reptans,the results showed that it’s the best measure that treating with hormone of stem,it’s no significant difference in the treatment with sug ar water,the treatment with hormone and sugar.It’s the best measure that treating with sugar of roo t,it’s no significant difference in the treatment with hormone and sugar water. It’s the best measure that treating with between hormone and sugar of no root plant, It’s no significant difference in th e treatment with sugar. Considered the cost, it’s more appropriate that the treatment with sugar w ater in large scale rapid propagation for Potentilla Reptans production.(6) The results showed that the most important factor which affect the six indexes of Potentill a Reptans was the degree of shading,secondly the way of irrgation.The least important factor was the period of irrgation.It concluded that it could rapidly propagation with treatment of A1B1C2,that shaded by 50% that shade cloths with two needle, atomized, and watered once a day.(7)It’s the method of rapidly propagation ofPotentilla Reptans.We choose the sterm with at lea st onegrowing point, the root with 10 cm, no root plant, treating with 5% of sugar water for 20 min,the results showed that it’s the best treatment that sowing by broadcastspawning of stem; it’ s the best treatment that sowing by ditching of root,it’s the best treatment that sowing by cuttagi ng of no root plant.They were shaded by 50% that shade cloths with two needle, atomized, and watered once a day after planting.
