The phenological period,biological characteristics and resistance of 26 raspberry varieties introduced in Suihua area were investigated and the fruit components was analyzed.The correlation analysis of investigation data was carried out,and the main indexes affecting the quality traits of raspberry were determined by principal component analysis,and 26 varieties were clustered by cluster analysis.The results of this study could provide a basis for the selection of raspberry varieties in Suihua area,and also provide a reference for the evaluation of raspberry germplasm resources.The main results of this experiment were as follows:(1)Through the principal component analysis of 22 indices of raspberry biological habits,resistance and fruit composition,five main indices were summarized to evaluate raspberry variety resources.Firstly,disease resistance: resistance to root rot,fruit rot and gray mould;Secondly,fruit quality components: sugar-acid ratio,soluble solids,average single fruit weight,soluble sugar;Thirdly,germination rate.Fourth,inflorescence length;fifth,tuberculosis resistance.(2)Cluster analysis was carried out on 26 raspberry cultivars in terms of nutrient components of fruit,which were divided into four categories: the first category: the content of vitamin C in fruit was relatively prominent,represented by the variety‘Australian Red',whose vitamin C content was 25.36 mg/100g;The second category: fruit anthocyanin content is relatively prominent,represented by the variety ‘European Red',anthocyanin content is 365.78 mg/100g;the third category: sugar-acid ratio,solid-acid ratio is prominent,represented by the raspberry variety‘Willamette',sugar-acid ratio is 8.59,solid-acid ratio is 14.06;the fourth category:‘ yellow raspberry',its soluble sugar,soluble solids are relatively prominent,sugar-acid ratio is relatively prominent.The fruit is relatively high and sweet.(3)Considering fruit size,maturity and disease resistance,it is suggested that summer raspberry varieties in Suihua should adopt‘Beijing 32',‘Hongyu' and autumn raspberry varieties should adopt ‘Autumn Bliss'.
