In order to study the suitable cultivars of raspberries in Jinzhong region,22 raspberry varieties introduced in the early stage of the group’s research were selected,and their biological characteristics,phenological period,growth characteristics,fruit characteristics and fruit’s quality characteristics were measured.The principal components of raspberry growth were analyzed.Cluster analysis was used to classify 22 raspberry varieties,and suitable raspberry cultivars for Jinzhong region to grow were selected,which provided theoretical and practical guidance for the development of the raspberry industry in Jinzhong.The experimental research results are as follows:The Phenological survey of the 22 raspberry varieties are as follows: the germination period is concentrated in mid-April to early May,the inflorescence extension period is in mid-May to early July,and the flowering period is concentrated in late May and late July to early August.The first ripening period of the fruit is from mid to late June and from late July to early August.The deciduous period is concentrated from early to mid-August to early October.And these botanical characteristics are as follows: the amount of the spines of stems and fruiting branches are divided into three levels: dense thorns,medium and sparse.The plant height is between 1.35 m and 2.36 m,and the average germination rate is between 70% and 90%,and the inflorescence length is between 11.7 ~ 19.2 cm,the number of root pupae is between 4 and 21,and the number of fruiting branches is between 16 and 28.The correlation performance of phenological stage is as follows: there is no obvious regularity between the germination stage and the basal shoots unearthed stage and other phenological stage related indexes.The correlation between the inflorescence extension period and the fruit ripening period turned out to be significant positive correlation,with a correlation coefficient of 0.479;the correlation between the flowering period and the fruit ripening period shows a significant positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is 0.449;and the correlation between the deciduous period and the beginning of flowering period showed a significant positive correlation,and the correlation coefficient reached 0.369.At the same time,the positive correlation between the leaf-deciduous period and the fruit ripening period was extremely significant,with a correlation coefficient of 0.469.The phytology characteristics and stress resistance: the highest number of common factors is 0.688 which is root rot;germination rate is 0.761;water resistance is up to 0.691;inflorescence length is up to0.851;fruit rot is up to 0.609;gray mold,reaching 0.571.In regard to six common factors those gray mold,waterlogging resistance,fruit rot,and root rot belong to the category of stress resistance of raspberries;while the germination rate and inflorescence length were phytology characteristics of raspberries.The nutritional composition of the fruit: the most absolute value of four common factors is soluble sugar,reaching 0.969;the sugar acid ratio,reaching 0.849;the soluble solids,reaching 0.759;the anthocyanin reached 0.829.Considering aspects such as fruit phenology,fruit quality and stress resistance,and through comparative analysis,it was found that ’Beijing 32’ and ’Xinhong No.1’ combined these advantages above and could be vigorously promoted in Jinzhong region. |
