Blood physiological and biochemical indexes are the most basic and most valuable auxiliary diagnostic indexes which reflecting the health and physiological state of beluga during pregnancy.Three female beluga whales in the aquarium were studied In this study. We collect blood samples during the same period from 2013 to 2016,analyze their blood routine and blood biochemical data so as to obtain the basic data of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of beluga whales during pregnancy.Hope to promote the artificial reproduction of white whales. The results are as follows:1.Routine blood:In the late pregnancy, the number of white blood cells appeared to increase at most by 13.34*10 ^ 9/L,the number of neutrophils reach above to 9.46*10 ^ 9/L,the number of monocytes reach in maximum 2*10 ^ 9/L.2.Blood biochemistry:In the early pregnancy, alkaline phosphatase content decreased to the lowest level at 43.5U/L,and it gradually recovered to 162.7U/L with the end of pregnancy,low-density lipoprotein was always lower than the control group.3.Progesterone:From the early stage of pregnancy,it was always in a high level:in May 2015,the value was 6.12ng/ml,from that on,the highest is 38.23ng/ml,and the lowest is 5.73ng/ml,and then it reduced to 0.04ng/ml in postpartum.4.B-mode ultrasound:In the eighth month of pregnancy,b-mode ultrasound abdominal diagnosis showed frequency of 2.5mhz and a depth of 28.4cm.Fetal heart, fetal spine are visible.
