Dynamic Analysis Of Forest Land Requisition And Occupation In Fuzhou City

As a carrier of forest,woodland is an important natural resource and a national strategic resource as well.It's the essential of forestry construction.In recent years,because of the endlessly upgrowth of the capital construction,the policy of the Woodland Requisition is getting tighter and tighter,and the market needs the woodland more and more urgent,which makes more and more companies and individuals encroach upon the woodlands,and it's getting harsher and harsher.The contradiction between economic development and ecological protection of Fuzhou which is the province capital of Fujian is becoming more and more prominent.Tightening the policy of examination and approval of woodland using,controlling the number of woodland used in construction projects effectively,protecting and utilizing woodland resources rationally and scientifically and accelerating the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society are a very necessary and urgent task for the forestry authorities and Fuzhou municipal government at all levels.In this paper,literature research method and field investigation method are used to consult a large number of documents and field surveys to obtain data from relevant forestry departments,and collect and sort out the overall regional profile,forest land resources,forest land protection status and the state of Fuzhou.The project forest policy in Fujian Province and Fuzhou City,combined with the present situation and achievements of forest land conservation and utilization in Fuzhou City,is used to dynamically analyze the types and characteristics of forest land collected and occupied by construction projects.In terms of quantitative analysis,the quantitative relationship between the total amount of land used and the forest land of different grades is explored by regression analysis.Different methods,such as empirical prediction,grey forecast and conversion method,are used to predict the requisition and occupation of land.All right,comparison.Therefore,a relatively accurate method is chosen to predict the forest land use in Fuzhou in 2018.The conclusion of the paper is that the demand of project requisition and occupation forest land is greatly influenced by market and policy factors.This paper expounds the issue of the approval of occupation forest land collection and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
