然uiyang'and然uixue'are two new varieties of winter apple hybrid bred by Northwest A&F University.They showed great development potential in loess plateau areas.In order to further clarify the suitable planting areas and outstanding characteristics of the two varieties,11 typical demonstration sites in the loess plateau region were selected to measure and analyze the main quality indicators and main nutritional components of fruits in 2017,hoping to provide technical basis for determining the advantageous producing areas of the two new varieties and optimizing their regional layout.The main results are as follows:In the range of 844-1326 m altitude in the apple producing areas of the loess plateau,there is a certain change in the main quality indicators and main nutritional components of然uiyang'.Among them,the hardness,titratable acid content and chlorophyll content showed an increasing trend with the increase of altitude,with the variation range of 6.60-7.68 kg/cm~2,0.22-0.33%and 0.043-0.076 mg/g respectively.Soluble solids content,anthocyanin content,carotenoid content,total phenol content and flavonoid content also have some differences among different regions,but there is no obvious correlation with the climate change of different areas,which indicates that varietal characteristic and nutritional conditions of trees have important influence on the content of these substances.In the range of 844-1380 m above sea level in apple producing areas of the loess plateau,there are differences in main quality indicators and main nutritional components of然uixue'in different areas.Among them,the hardness,titratable acid content and chlorophyll content showed an increasing trend with the increase of altitude,with the variation range of 7.73-8.67kg/cm~2,0.21-0.38%and 0.038-0.093 mg/g respectively.Soluble solids content,carotenoid content,total phenol content and flavonoid content also have some differences among different regions,but there is no obvious correlation with the climate change of different areas,The content of them has a certain relationship with variety characteristics and tree nutrition conditions.Through comparative analysis,bagging-free cultivation can obviously increase the content of soluble solids,titratable acids,total phenols and flavonoids in fruits.The main quality indicators and main nutritional components of然uiyang'and然uixue'fruits in different regions were analyzed with significant differences,and combined with the appearance quality of fruits,it was determined that the advantage area of然uiyang'was over900 m above sea level.Bagging-free cultivation had no obvious influence on the appearance.然uixue'showed extensive adaptability in the range of 844-1380 m above sea level.Its cultivation mode is influenced by extreme temperature.
