| Tobacco industry in the national economy has an important position.Tobacco pests in the production of cigarettes seriously affect the quality of cigarettes.The industry long-term use of artificial methods to monitor and control tobacco pests,there are poor data representation,low production efficiency and poor real-time control and other issues.This paper designs an automated pest monitoring system designed to improve the level of automation for pests monitoring,pests control and management.This thesis analyzes the trapping,counting and image recognition methods of agricultural pests at home and abroad,and constructs the insect monitoring system based on the computer image recognition technology by using pheromone and optical induction method and viscose capture method.The system includes the monitoring terminal,data server and Web client and its software.In view of the monitoring condition of the storage insects,the hinge structure monitoring chassis is designed to facilitate the trapping,easy operation and dustproof.The monitoring terminal hardware platform is built with the STM32 microcontroller of the ARM Cortex-M3 core,and the worm image is collected by the CMOS image sensor OV5640.The W5200 module with the TCP / IP protocol stack is used as the Ethernet interface.then,the pest images are transmitted to the data server.In order to reduce power wiring,the SI3400 chip is used to achieve Power over Internet technology.The data server software is designed on the QT platform,which realizes the functions of factory monitoring point layout,image acquisition polling,insect number recognition algorithm and insect alarm.Combined with MVC(Model View Controller)development mode,the browser / server(B/ S)architecture is used to achieve the remote client of the insect image browsing,historical data query and report printing and other functions.It is verified that the system can achieve the expected function,stable operation,the diagnostic accuracy rate of 99%,a single monitoring point response speed of 1200 ms.And implementation of the tobacco pest network management,reducing the labor amount and tobacco yield loss,achieves the purpose of pest monitoring. |
