Walnut trees are widely cultivated in China,but they are generally not long under the trees.Tussilago farfara L.is a shade-tolerant plant.Whether it can adapt to the shaded environment of walnut trees and realize the bush-planting is still to be studied.In this thesis,the cultivation technology of interplanting Tussilago farfara L.under walnut trees was studied in order to provide a comprehensive and reliable basis for the interplanting of forest herbs.Taking Tussilago farfara L.as the research object,the three-level and three-level orthogonal test design of walnut trees was used to study the development characteristics of the above-ground and underground parts of the Tussilago farfara L.and their post-harvest differences.The content of Tussilagone was analyzed,and the changes of soil pH,soil nutrients,soil enzyme activity,and soil microbial population during the three stages of planting,harvesting,and harvesting were analyzed.The results showed that:In the early growth stage,the above-ground parts of the Tussilago farfara L.,plant height,leaf length,leaf width,number of leaves,and underground part of the morphological indicators,root length,stem diameter,root-to-crown ratio showed a significant increase.The effects of tree age,fertilization amount and planting density on the contents of the kernels of walnut trees were as follows:tree age of walnut trees>planting density>fertilizing amount.The growth and development characteristics of the early growth period and the content of post-harvest Tussilagone were comprehensively analyzed.The best planting method was planted under the walnut trees of 3 to 5 years,with a planting density of 18,000 plants/667 m~2and a fertilizer application rate of 60 kg/667 m~2.With the increase of the growth time of the Tussilago farfara L.the soil nutrient of the Coltsfoot plots under the walnut tree showed a downward trend,while the soil enzyme activity and the number of soil microorganisms showed a trend of first increase and then decrease.When the fertilizing amount was 40kg/667m~2,the soil fertility of the young(3~5)walnut tree and the planting density of 12000/667m~2 were higher,and when the fertilizing amount was 50kg/667m~2,the age of the walnut tree was Planting density has little effect on soil fertility level.When the fertilizer application rate is 60kg/667m~2,the soil fertility level of the young(3 to 5)walnut trees and the planting density of 18,000 strains/667m~2 of Tussilago farfara L.plots are higher.Therefore,the optimal planting conditions for interplanting the Tussilago farfara L.under the walnut trees are planted under the walnut trees for 3 to 5 years.The planting density is18,000 plants/667 m ~2 and the fertilizer application rate is 60 kg/667 m ~2. |
