Effects Of Cultivation Method And Fertilization On Yield And Quality Of Tussilago Farfara L.

Tussilago farfara L.is a commonly used cough medicine,which has the effect of moisturizing the lungs and relieving cough and phlegm.Unemerged buds used as medi-cine.It belongs to asteraceae Tussilago farfara L.with only one species.This article ta kes Tussilago farfara L.as the research object,the effects of different cultivation meth ods and dynamicgrowth of fertilizer level on yield and quality of Tussilago farfara L.It is expected to provide technical basis for standardized cultivation of Tussilago farfar a L.The main results are as follows:1.The effects of different cultivation methods and specifications of stem in grow-th,yield and quality of Tussilago farfara L..Different cultivation methods of the sam-e type of stem,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,biomass and yield of Tu-ssilago farfara L.were straight planting>oblique planting>flat planting.Different the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,biomass and yield of Tussilago farfara L.wer e three-stem nodes>two stem segments>one stem segment,in the same way of culti vation.In the three stems straight section treatment,all the indexes were best.The pla-nt height,stem diameter,leaf number,fresh dry weight on the ground part and the fr esh dry weight of underground part at later stages were 33.45 cm,34.34mm/plant,50.78/plant,123.45g/plant,38.61g/plant,100.68g/plant,28.56g/plant,72.58per/plant,2847.32kg/hm²,and846.18kg/hm².The contents of moisture and extract under the three stems straight section treatment were better than those in other treatments,which were 5.26%and 33.49%respectively.2.Effects of different fertilization levels on the Dynamic Changes of P and K in Tussilago farfara L.Plant ground part full P,full K;The content of all P and all K in the underground part was the largest in KH₂PO₄ application of 450 kg/hm².The 0-5cm soil layer has a total p and total k content of 0.55 g/kg and 240.86 mg/kg,resp ectively,in the soil in late July.During the same period,the content of total P and tot al K in 0-5cm,5-10cm,and 10-20cm soil layers gradually decreased.3.The influence of different fertilization levels on growth,yield and quality of T-ussilago farfara L.With the increase of KH₂PO₄,growth index,yield and quality incr eased first and then decreased.Tussilago farfara L.rootstock number,bud number,bud diameter in 450kg/hm² level were significantly higher than other levels;the yield is highest and fresh weight and dry weight are 3397.42kg/hm²,1039.91kg/hm²,respective ly;the lowest moisture and ash contents are 5.09%,10.33%respectively;alcohol sol uble extract content is the highest 35.66%.
