This study was conducted in 2014, using the single factor randomized block design, with different interplanting modes - garlic/flue-cured tobacco(Tl), wheat/flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato (T2), flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato (T3), barley/flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato (T4), flue-cured tobacco(sole cropping,(CK) as the treatments, the effects of different intercropping treatments on tobacco soil fertility and agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco, physical characteristics and chemical composition of tobacco leaves, economic traits and other aspects were studied, the main results were as follows:1.Effects of different intercropping treatments on soil nutrient status:During the period of tobacco growth, interplanting treatments could effectively improve the content of soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium. Comparing soil nutrient status before and after planting flue-cured tobacco, soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus, nitrogen and potassium content in interplanting sweet potatoes and garlic had the largest increase.2.The growth and development and agronomic traits of tobacco plant. In different intercropping treatments, growth period is gradually shortened; There were significant differences in rosette stage and vigorous growing period among agronomic characters of each treatment, differences were smaller at the late growth stage. Comprehensive performance:garlic/flue-cured tobacco> flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato> barley/ flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato> Wheat/flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato> flue-cured tobacco. Intercropping treatments were benefit for controlling tobacco mosaic virus, tobacco weather fleck and brown spot, the best treatment was interplanting garlic.3.Physical and chemical properties of flue-cured tobacco leaves. On the aspects of length, width, thickness, stem weight and leaf weight ratio on flue-cured tobacco leaves, interplanting treatments were better than sole cropping treatment, and had lower stem ratio;the best treatment was interplanting garlic, the worse treatment was Interplanting wheat.4.The chemical composition of Flue-cured Tobacco leaves.Intercropping treatments were benefit for improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco, intercropping treatments were better than sole cropping; On the whole, the best treatment was garlic intercropping, which chemical components of the coordination was the best, followed by intercropping sweet potato;Among treatments were as follows:garlic/flue-cured tobacco> flue-cured tobacco/ sweet potato> barley/flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato> Wheat/flue-cured tobacco/sweet potato> sole cropping.5.The economic traits of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The output value, yield, the proportion of superior tobacco and average price, intercropping garlic was the best among all treatments, followed by intercropping sweet potato.
