Efficacy Of Chinese Herbal Preparation On Anti-poisoning In Laying Hens With Mildew And Quality Control

The problem of mildew feed affects the economic benefits of livestock and poultry farming and also jeopardizes public food safety.In order to solve this problem in the best way,under the guidance of the theory of Chinese veterinary medicine,silybum marianum extract was combined with jujube to evaluate the effect of anti-poisoning with mildew on layer hens,and quality control was carried out to provide basis for production and application.1.By adding Chinese herbal preparation,assessing the effects of Chinese herbal preparations by measuring plasma biochemical markers,immune factor levels,and histological changes in the liver,kidney and spleen.Among the biochemical indicators of the liver,in general,middle dose group have the best effect,ALP,AST,and ALT all had significant effects(P <0.05 or P <0.01),and AST and ALT were close to the negative control group;In terms of immune factors,all dose groups were improved compared with the positive control group.The level of IFN-? in the middle dose group was significantly different from the negative control group(P<0.05),IL-2 levels were close to the negative control group.Chinese herbal preparations have a certain protective effect on liver damage caused by mycotoxins and enable to maintain a high level of immunity in laying hens.Chinese herbal preparations can reduce liver,kidney and spleen damage and maintain cell morphology.2.Silybin was test components to study the quality detection of compound Chinese herb extract preparation by TLC and HPLC.TLC results showed that silybin for the test and reference substance in the corresponding position appeared in the same color spots,negative reference substance without interference phenomenon;HPLC results show that silybin has good linear relationship in the concentration of 10~80 ?g/m L.The retention time of silybin peak was consistent with that of the control,and the negative reference substance without interference phenomenon.Chinese herb preparations have protective effects on moldy feed poisoning in layer hens.The method of TLC and HPLC detection is specific and can be used to detect the contents of silybin in compound Chinese herbal preparation.
