The purpose of this experiment was using the compound between Lutein,Herbal and VC to improve the production performance of laying hens in normal temperature and high temperature. This experiment was in order to study the effects of the compound between different doses of Lutein and Chinese herbal medicine,VC for Roman Laying hens production performance and physiological function in different temperature environment. And choose the suitable adding levels of Lutein. This experiment selected 360 Roman laying hens.It established 6 groups, with 3 replicates of 10 chicks in each replicate in normal temperature and high temperature.Group ?-was the normal temperature test group(22 ? ?-25?).Group ?was fed with basal diet.Group fed basal diet+0.3%Chinese herbal medicine+200mg/kg VC.Group ??,?,?,wer? e fed with basal diet+0.3%Chinese herbal medicine+200mg/kg VC,and adding 180mg/kg,240mg/kg,300mg/kg,360mg/kg Lutein.Group ?-was the high ?temperature test group(28 ?-32?).Group ?was fed with basal diet.Group fed basal ?diet+0.3%Chinese herbal medicine+200mg/kg VC.Group ?,?,?,were fed with ?basal diet+0.3%Chinese herbal medicine+200mg/kg VC,and adding 180mg/kg,240mg/kg,300mg/kg,360mg/kg Lutein. The trial was conducted for 56 days. The result was that: 1 Effect of the compound between Lutein and Chinese herbal in normal temperature for Roman Laying hens At normal temperature,The ranging of egg production rate was as follows:?>?>?>?>?>?.Group VI was higher than group ?by 3.74%(P<0.05),and higher than group by 10.35%(? P<0.05).The ranging of average egg weigh was as follow: ?>?>?>?>?>?.Group ?was higher than Group ?by 1.13%(P>0.05),and higher than Group by 2.43%(? P<0.05).The ranging of feed-egg ratio was as follow:?=?=?<?<?<?.The feed-egg ratio of Group and Group were the ? ?lowest. They were significant difference with Group ?(P<0.05).It show that the laying performance of 360mg/kg Lutein + herbal was the best,as followed by 300mg/kg Lutein + herbal. The ranging of serum MDA was as follow:?<?<?<?<?<?.Group ?was higher than Group ?by 29.62%(P<0.05).And it was lower than Group ?by 27.07%(P<0.05).The ranging of serum SOD was as follow: ?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group was higher than Group 20.04%(? ? P<0.05).It was no significant difference with Group ?(P<0.05).The ranging of serum IGF-1 was as follow:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group ?was lower than Group ?52.33%(P<0.05).It was no significant difference with Group ?(P<0.05).The ranging of serum FSH was as follow:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group was lower than Group by 18.94%(? ? P<0.05).It was no significant difference with Group ?(P>0.05).It showed that the compound between Lutein and Chinese herbal of laying hens physiological function were more better, especially 300mg/kg Lutein + herbal. It had antioxidation. But it was worse than Control Group in normal temperature because it had herbal. And it had inhibitory effect on endocrine.2 Effect of the compound between Lutein and Chinese herbal in high temperature for Roman Laying hens At high temperature environment, the ranging of egg production rate was as follows:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group was higher than Group by 6.90%.And ? ?it was no significant difference with Group ?and Group ?(P<0.05).The ranging of average egg weigh was as follows:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group ?was higher than Group ?by 2.75%(P>0.05).But it was lower than Group ?and Group ?by 4.66%,1.29%.The ranging of broken egg rate was as follows: ?< ?< ?< ?< ?< ?< ?.Group ?was lower than Group ?by 76.69%(P<0.05).It was lower than Group ?,Group ?by 72.26%(P<0.05),54.50%(P>0.05).It showed that 240mg/kg Lutein + herbal could improve the production performance of layer, follow by 240mg/kg Lutein + herbal. The ranging of serum MDA was as follow:?< ?< ?< ?< ?< ?= ?.Group ?was lower than Group ?and Group ?by 22.22%?15.99%(P<0.05),as well as was significant difference with Group ?(P<0.05).The ranging of serum SOD was as follow:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group ?was higher than Group ?by 21.52%(P<0.05).It was no significant difference with Group ?and Group ?(P<0.05).The ranging of serum IGF-1 was as follow:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group ?was higher than Group ?by 125.4%(P<0.05),as well as was lower than Group ?by 52.28%(P<0.05).Group ?was no significant difference with Group ?(P>0.05).The ranging of serum FSH was as follow:?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?> ?.Group ?was higher than Group ?by 18.54%(P<0.05),as well as was lower than Group ?by 19.78%(P<0.05).Group ?was no significant difference with Group ?(P>0.05).It showed that the physiological function of laying hens for 240mg/kg Lutein + herbal were the best.Especially the antioxidant,240mg/kg Lutein + herbal were better than Group herbal, but had inhibitory effect on endocrine.3 Effect of the compound between Lutein and Chinese herbal in different temperature for Roman Laying hens Compere with 240mg/kg Lutein + herbal in high temperature, the 240mg/kg Lutein + herbal in normal temperature of average egg weight was significantly higher by 3.85%(P<0.05),The activity of AST,ALT was significantly lower(P<0.05).The Serum of HSP70,IGF-1,FSH was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compere with 300mg/kg Lutein + herbal in high temperature, the 300mg/kg Lutein + herbal in normal temperature of laying rate and average egg weight were significantly higher by 3.93%?7.29%(P<0.05).The serum of TG,MDA,ALB were significantly lower(P<0.05).And the serum of IGF-1 was significantly higher(P<0.05).It showed that high temperature can obviously decrease the laying rate, egg weight. As well as it causes severe oxidative stress on the body and can depress the endocrine.Totally the 240-360mg/kg lutein+Chinese herbal medicine can improve the performance and egg quality of laying hens in high temperature and normal temperature.
