Abstract/Summary:
The effects of three different growth regulators(6-BA,NAA,SA)and three different micronutrient(B,Mg,Zn)on Eucommia ulmoides were researched.The contents of photosynthetic pigment,soluble sugar,aucubin,Total flavonoid,geniposidic acid and chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were measured and analyzed based on the experiments of spraying leaves with different dilutions and taking water treatment as control.Selected the optimum growth regulator and micro nutrient.The effect of growth regulators and micro nutrient on growth and physiological characteristics provide support for foliar application.The main conclusion of this experiment has follow several points:1.Different plant growth regulators can significant promoted the growth of Eucommia ulmoides.Especially 100 mg/L SA,100 mg/L 6-BA can promote the increase of the height and chest diameter.50 mg/L SA and 50 mg/L NAA significantly promoted the growth of ground diameter.The different concentrations of NAA raised the height of Eucommia ulmoides.After the treatment of different micro elements,0.1%B significant promoting the high and ground diameters,which was 1.2 times and 1.1 times higher than that of the control group.0.51 g/L Mg can significantly improve the height,chest diameter and ground diameter of Eucommia ulmoide.When the concentration of Zn was 0.102%,it had a significant effect on the diameter and diameter of Eucommia ulmoide,which was 1.26 times and 1.2 times respectively.2.The appropriate concentration of plant growth regulators can improve the chlorophyll content and soluble sugar.The concentration of NAA was 50 mg/L,the chlorophyll content was significantly higher than that of control and other treatments,and the highest value was 4.8mg·dm-2.The concentration of SA was 100mg/L,the soluble sugar content of Eucommia ulmoide was significantly increased,which was1.5 times of the control.After the treatment of different trace elements,the chlorophyll content of 0.2%B,1Mg and 0.2%Zn was significantly higher than the control and other treatments,and the chlorophyll content of the Eucommia ulmoide leaves showed a trend of decreasing first and then decreasing.At the same time,the soluble sugar content of eucommium leaves increased by 1.2 times,1.8 times and 2.1times respectively.3.Three kinds of micro nutrient can significantly improve the activity of Eucommia ulmoide leaf resistance and enhanced the cell membrane.0.2%Zn,0.2%Band 1 g/L Mg can significantly improve the SOD,POD,CAT activity on Eucommia ulmoide leaf,enhance the resistance of Eucommia ulmoide.Three kinds of growth regulators enhances the SOD,CTA,POD activity of leaves,When the 6-BA,NAA,SA concentration is 100 mg/L,significantly enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity of Eucommia ulmoide leaves and effectively reduced the damage.4.The suitable concentration of micro elements can significantly increase the content of secondary metabolites in Eucommia ulmoide.1 g/L of the Mg spraying promote aucubin content than ck increased by more than 45%on average,maximum efficiency of geniposidic 30.10%;1%Zn spraying on leaf promote content of geniposidic was 32.39%and 25.65%than control,and 25.19%of chlorogenic acid was added.The content of the 1%B spray was higher than the control group,and the content of geniposidic increased by 70%and the chlorogenic acid increased by25.6%.After treatment with different concentrations of growth regulators,the total flavonoids contentin 150 mg/L 6-BA was the highest,increased by 70%.The content of the aucubin in 100 mg/L NAA and 100 mg/L SA was the highest,increased by 43.69%and 45.65%.
