| High forest tree model and leaf-oriented tree model are two culitivating models of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. .The study took a comparative research of the bark and leaves of the two models .The paper studied the effect of external hormones treated on Eucommia leaves ,by spraying different concentration of external hormones and studying the contents variation and harvesting date .1, The two kinds of bark were milled into powder and protonema, and were extracted in 600 mL/L ethanol. The result showed that the contents of eucommiol,total flavonoids and gutta-percha in the bark of high forest tree model were higher than that of the leaf-oriented tree model while the contents of chlorogenic acid, geniposidic acid and aucubin in the bark of leaf model were higher than high forest tree model. The total effect of bark protonema wsuch as better.2, 50mg/L GA3 treated on the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..The results showed that ,at different harvesting day ,the increase rate of the contents of the secondary metabolites K were different.For total flavonoids (such as rutin) ,K1 was almost decreased.For aucubin,the K2 reached to maximun at the first day ,at the 29th day and 59th day ,the contents was obviously higher than CK. For geniposidic acid ,after the 9th day ,K3 was almost incresuch ased ,and at the 19th day ,K3 reached to maximun ,but the variation between the treated sample and the CK was not obvious.K4 of the chlorogenic acid reached to maximun at the 19th day,the variation between the the treated sample and the CK was obvious.3, At the 2 year old root leaf-oriented tree model field ,after harvested the leaves on 5.18 for the first time ,sprayed external hormones on the Eucommial leaves once a month ,and harvested the leaves once a month .After 10mg/L MJ treated on Eucommia leaves ,K1 increased to maximun at 9.18 .K4 increased to maximun at 6.19 after 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L MJ treated .After 10 mg/L GA3 ,K3 reached to maximun at certain day , and the content increased obviously regard to CK .After 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L GA3 treated , K5 increased to the top at different certain day ,and the content increased obviously regard to CK .After 3 different concentration of IAA treated ,K1 increased at different certain day ,but for K2 ,K3 ,K5 ,the variation was not obvious . After 3 different concentration of 6-BA treated ,K1 ,k4 ,increased to the top at different certain day ,and the contents increased obviously regard to CK .The variation of K2 was not obvious after external hormones treated .For total flavonoids (such as rutin ) ,after MJ ,IAA and 6-BA treated ,the increase rate of total flovonoids (such as rutin ) K1 increased .And low concentration was better .After 10 mg/L IAA treated ,K1 increased to the maximum on 6.19 ,K1 increased mostly.After 10 mg/L 6-BA treated ,the increase rate K1 increased to maximum on 10.15 .The content of total flovonoids (such as rutin ) of latter was higher than former .For aucubin ,after 10 mg/L 6-BA treated ,the increase rate K2 increased to maximum on 7.18 ,and the content increased obviously.For geniposidic acid ,after 100mg/L 6-BA treated ,the increase rate K3 increased to maximum on 9.18 .And at this time ,the content of geniposodic acid was the highest .For chlorogenic acid ,after MJ ,IAA ,6-BA treated ,K4 increased .After 10 mg/L 6-BA and 50 mg/L IAA treated ,the effect were the best on 6.19 ,and at this time ,the content of chlorogenic acid was the highest .For EU-gum ,after GA3 and 6-BA treated ,K5 increased .After 50 mg/LGA3 treated ,K5 increased to maximum .4, Peeled the bark of the external hormones treated Eucommial trees after harvest the leaves at the last time on 10.15.Studyed the contents variation of the bark . After 10 mg/L GA3 treated on Eucommial leaves,the contents of total flavonoids (such as rutin) , aucubin , geniposidic acid , chlorogenic acid ,and EU-gum of Eucommial bark all increased .For individual ,10mg/L GA3 was the best for the contents increasing of total flavonoids (such as rutin) and geniposidic acid ;50 mg/L GA3 was the best for the content increasing of EU-gum ;and 100 mg/L GA3 was the best for the content increasing of accubin and chlorogenic acid .5, The contents of the secondary metabolites of the two year old root tree of the leaf-oriented tree model reach to the maximum and minimum at different harvesting date .The content of total flavonoids (such as rutin) reach to maximum on 9.18,and reach to minimum on 6.19 . The content of aucubin reach to maximum on 5.18 ,and reach to minimum on 7.18 . The content of geniposidic acid reach to maximum on 8.18 ,and reach to minimum on 5.18 . The content of chlorogenic acid reach to maximum on 6.19 ,and reach to minimum on 8.18 . The content of EU-gum reach to maximum on 5.18 ,and reach to minimum on 10.15. |
