Hami melon is the famous fruit of Xinjiang,the classification of Hami melon in Xinjiang mainly depends on the problems of low efficiency of manpower and classification.This study was based on the basic material characteristics of Hami melon,and combined with modern mechanical design methods and technical means,an automatic grading device for overturning Hami melon was designed,which integrated the feeding,transportation,positioning,size detection and classification functions..In combination with modern mechanical design methods and technical means,a flip-type cantaloupe automatic grading device is designed.the design and research of feeding device,carrying cane melon device and graded actuator had been completed.the parameters and properties of the whole machine were determined which increased the stability of the Hami melon transmission,and reduced the mechanical damage in the grading process.it could has realized the classification device of Hami melon on the function of feeding,transporting,locating,measuring and grading.The device can realize the function of feeding,conveying,positioning,size detection and classification of cantaloupe.The main research content of this study is as follows:(1)By the study of the characteristics of the basic material of Hami melon samples.The basic material characteristics database of Hami melon was established.On this basis,the overall structure and parameter design of the Hami melon automatic grading device were completed.Through the analysis of the type of cam and the common law of motion,the contact contours of the cam and the Hami melon tray was divided into three segments:sinusoidal acceleration motion,constant velocity motion and sinusoidal acceleration deceleration.According to the relative position of the cam and the tray and the rotating axle center of the tray,the vertical rise height of the contact between the tray and the cam was determined to be 183.0mm.The profile of cam was studied by the cam motion mode,and the size of the cam profile was determined.(2)The output of the Hami melon automatic grading device was 2,3,4 and 5 tons per hour as four output values according to the field survey and the current needs of the Hami melon classification.And the distance between the feeding rod of the Hami melon was203.2mm.The distance between the Hami melon bearing device was 406.4mm,the detection speed of different output,the speed of chain running line,sprocket speed and the corresponding classification actuator were calculated respectively according to the distance between them.According to the basic material data of Hami melon,and the transverse diameter and quality data of Hami melon was fitted,and the transverse diameter-mass model was established,and according to the fitting results,it was found that the linear fitting correlation coefficient R-square of the Hami melon transverse diameter and quality was0.8546.The installation position data of the sensor is calculated from the linear fitting equation,the level of Hami melons is determined based on the logarithm of the trigger sensor of the Hami melon delivery process.Through finite element analysis and modal analysis of the power output shaft and the supporting shaft of the carrier,it can meet the design requirements.(3)According to the requirements of the control system,the flow chart and circuit diagram of the classification control were designed.from the design of the system software,the communication mode of sensor,man-machine interface,PLC and step motor was described.In terms of system software design,the communication methods of sensors,human-machine interfaces,PLCs and stepper motors are described.The PLC program and man-machine interface program were writed,and the simulation analysis of the control system program was carried out.(4)The test bench for testing and verification of the transport classification system was set up,and text.The production of the test verification test bench was completed,and then the experiment was conducted again.The relationship between the running speed and the hierarchical stability of the automatic classifier was determined.The test shows that when the chain runs at 81.3~115.15mm/s interval,the device runs smoothly.The feasibility tests of the graded actuators designed in this paper were validated by the action tests of the hierarchical actuators of the Hami melon automatic grading test device.It was determined that the yield range of Hami melon automatic grading device was 2~3 tons/hour.This study was through the design and research of Hami melon automatic classification device was carried out,completion of verification test bench production and testing.At the same time,the overall structure and parameters of the device were determined.Providing theoretical basis and technical support for the whole machine development of Hami melon grading equipment.
