The Study Of Farmers’ Forest Management Behaviors In The Background Of Collective Forest Tenure Reform

What has changed in business? It is necessary to carry out in-depth research and discussion on the follow-up of the policy.Collective forest right system reform and the implementation of the content to protect the interests of farmers,allowing flexibility management but also enrich the farmers of forestland management direction and the management pattern,intensive,specialization,organized,generates a new way of combining the forestry socialization subject.The forestry construction in Inner Mongolia is working to realize the economic and social benefits of forestry on the basis of improving ecological efficiency.Based on the reform of the collective forest right system of Aohan,this paper studies the forestry management behavior of local farmers through questionnaire survey and field interview.Later,on the basis of the related survey data using descriptive statistic analysis method summarized the actual situation of farmers,and using the empirical econometric analysis method to study the influence factors of farmers forestry management behavior choice.On the basis of comprehensive research,the following conclusions are drawn: the income of farmers’ forestry is low;Farmers’ awareness of collective forest tenure reform is low;Respondents age,per capita disposable income of farm household income proportion of household income,farmers forest management of collective forest right system reform household,the satisfaction of farmers choose the family management of woodland the forestry management behavior has a significant effect;Household forestry management behavior pattern single;Forest products trading market is not sound.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes the following Suggestions: to increase the ecological compensation of public welfare forests,and improve the enthusiasm of farmers;We will deepen reform of the system of collective forest rights and improve the service system for supporting reform.Actively promote the development of new business entities and establish a typical leading role;Carry out the forestry technical training education,raise the farmer household forestry management level;Establish a perfect forest product trading market,regulate the market trading environment.
