Study On The Government Management Of Iot Technology In Fishery Industry

With the promotion of Internet,mobile communication and automatic control technology,the structure of social productivity and production mode has been changing deeply.The concepts,such as Industrial 4.0,Internet + have emerged,and many industrial branches have been merging together and linking tightly.This trend will have tremendous influence on social productivity.The notion of IOT(Internet of things)was raised and evolved in such background.Along with the gradually maturation of it,the application range of IOT has been broadened correspondingly,the efficiency of its technological framework has been elevated.These are the footstone of the application of IOT in fishery industry.Fishery industry could be divided into cultivating branch and capturing branch.Due to the limitation of our fishery resources,70% of the fishery supply relies on cultivation.Although China's gross fishery and cultivation productivity has been stayed at the first place for several years,the low level of large-scale cultivation,the under-developed fishery technology,the high cost of per unit and demand for labor demonstrate it is still a labor-intensive industry.The accuracy,cyberization,intellectualization and its potential to reduce the cost of workforce give IOT a prosperous prospect in fishery industry.This dissertation provides a practical mode for the application of IOT in fishery industry by summarizing the utilization model of IOT in several fields,analyzing the obstacles in fishery industry,absorbing the advanced ideas in the public and strategic management and investigating the feasibility of IOT.It focuses on the lack of creativity and the weakness of service capacity of the fishery farms,the limitation of learning ability and the low level of technological acception of farmers.It also proposes some specific governmental solutions such as establishing a legal system,improving the present security system and providing more public service.This dissertation hopes to make some contribution to the combination of IOT and modern fishery industry.
