As the highest stage of the development of facility horticulture,plant factory is a research hotspot in the field of agriculture.The importance of issues need to be solved in the development of plant factory have two questions,one is how to build an effective environmental monitoring and control system to ensure the plant is in a suitable environment and the othe is how to achieve the production of high-quality plants with minimal energy material and resource consumption.In order to solve the problems of complex wiring,high cost,poor reliability,poor mobility,complex network access and large volume of equipment in our country,this paper constroctes the intelligent WiFi sensor,try to use commercial cloud services platform to complete the acquisition about the temperature,humidity,light intensity,CO2 concentration and solution conductivity,pH in the plant factory.Meanwhile complete the function and interaction of cloud service platform through the wireless network,Using mobile phone APP and PC to access the cloud platform to complete the remote monitoring of plant plants.The advantages are: the use of commercial cloud platform to replace the traditional PC server can greatly reduce the cost budget and development difficulties;Using the mobile phone APP and the cloud can make the network management more concise;Using the WiFi reduces the complexity of network access,and does not need a gateway,it can be easily applied in any environmental conditions in the greenhouse.It provides a new way of thinking for China’s Agricultural Internet of things.(1)The core of Hardware is STM32F103R8T6,and the periphery is equipped with a variety of digital sensors for monitoring environmental factors,this paper also designed the analog signal conditioning circuit of EC and pH,Using WiFi module to complete the data transfer from MCU to cloud,In order to reduce the power consumption of the system,the power supply circuit is designed in the system.The function of each sensor is controlled by the control switch.(2)This paper designed the driver and the communication protocol between WiFi and MCU,At the same time,the software calibration program of solution EC and pH is realized by two-point calibration.(3)In the aspect of intelligence,this system not only completes the self collection of data,but also realizes the self calibration function of EC and pH.(4)In the cloud services,this system implements alarm function.The test shows: The system completed the function that transfer datas to the cloud and through APP and PC complete the monitoring.The accuracy of the system is high,EC can up to 1ug/cm,and pH can up to 0.01.After one day test,there is no error free transmission,or leakage phenomenon,it have a high stability.It well meet the needs of environmental monitoring in plant factories. |
