The plastic fim mulching technology has a far-reaching impact on agricultural cultivation,which not only solves the problem of low crop survival rate in the arid regions of northwestern China,but also increases the yield of crops.With the accumulation of time,the negative effects of residual film on agricultural production and the ecological environment have become increasingly serious.The residual film in the soil is not easy to decompose,which affects the growth of crops and must be recycled.Considering of cost and efficiency,mechanized recovery of residual film is the best way.The existing clamping finger-chain type device of collecting plastic film has the problem of poor copying quality of film collecting operation and unstable work performance,so the single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film has been designed.The designed device is mainly composed of two parts which are copying mechanism and film collecting mechanism.Whole film collecting device consists of multiple mechanisms of single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film.And copying can be separately performed when each single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film is operating.The structural dimensions of main components were designed.Theoretical analysis of the force characteristics and the upper and lower profile of the single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film.Finally,a field test was conducted to verify that the performance reached the expected target and met the requirements for residual film recovery.The commonly used copying mechanism and classification of the residual film recovery device were analyzed.The analysis shows that the single hinged copying mechanism can adapt to a wide range of complex terrain changes,and the stability and copying can meet the design requirements.Finally,combined with clamping finger-chain type device of collecting plastic film and single articulated copying mechanism,the structure design,working principle and technical index of the clamping finger-chain type device of collecting plastic film were determined.The width of the inner side of the collecting frame is D=2000mm,and the distance between the single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film is d=17cm.The whole structure and working principle of the single hinge copying and collecting mechanism are determined.The size parameters of key components of copying frame,film cutting disc and copying wheel,and compression mechanism were determined through theoretical analysis.Among them,the length of the copying frame is L=500mm,the diameter of the copying wheel is R1=220mm,and the diameter of the cutting disc is R2=280mm.The transmission system was designed based on the k value,and the total transmission ratio of the transmission system was determined as i?=0.39,and the other transmission ratio is i1=0.47,i2=i3=1,i4=0.83.The three-dimensional software was used to build each part model in turn,and the assembly was assembled to obtain a three-dimensional solid model of a single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film.The force analysis of the single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film is carried out,and the formula for calculating the force acting on the copying wheel is deduced.The relationship between the traction angle?and the force F is determined.Through the analysis of the copying amount,the expression of the total copying amount H0 is deduced,determines the single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film the initial angle?0=30,the upper copying angle?1=15,the lower copying angle?2=15,the upper copying volume h1=120mm and the lower profile h2=104mm.The motion model is established to analyze and discuss the upper and lower copying motion separately.The expression of the jumping distance of the copying wheel in the upper copying and the lower copying is obtained,and the key factors affecting its jumping distance are determined.According to the structural parameters and working parameters of single hinge mechanism for copying and collecting plastic film,the spring stiffness of the compression spring,the working speed of the machinery and the pretightening length of the compression spring are the three factors affecting the recovery of the residual film,and the plastic film recovery rate is the experimental index.Analysis and processing of experimental data by Design-Expert analysis software,and optimize the test data.Through the parameter optimization,the optimal parameters has been designed.The spring stiffness of the compression spring was 160 N/mm,the working speed of the machinery was 4.6 km/h,the pretightening length of the compression spring was 40 mm.Field experiments show that the residual film was 88.9%,the error of the residual film recovery rate and the model parameter value was less than 2%when the three factors are set as the optimal parameters.It can be seen that the residual film recovery device can meet the requirements of the residual film recovery operation.
