At present,my country mainly adopts the method of mechanical recovery of plastic film to control residual film pollution.At present,the transmission mode of the residual film recycling machine is complicated,and the failure rate is high,and the mulch film pile obtained after the operation is loose,and it is easy to be blown away by the wind and cause secondary pollution in the field.The hydraulic system has the advantages of stable operation,good safety and low failure rate.The application in the residual film recycling machine can make the machine structure more compact and reduce the failure rate.It is of practical significance to apply hydraulic technology to the residual film recycling machine.In view of the above problems,this thesis consults the relevant literature on hydraulics,residual film recovery machines and agricultural machinery,and combines field research to design a hydraulic system that is used in conjunction with the combined operation machine for plastic film recovery,baling and straw crushing.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the working principle of each component,use CAXA software to design and draw the hydraulic circuit of the mulch bundling device,the hydraulic circuit of the roll template device,and the rake tooth filming device.Combined with the hydraulic circuit of the straw crushing device,a complete hydraulic schematic diagram of the combined operation machine for mulching film recycling,baling and straw crushing is finally designed.Use Solidworks software to model and assemble the key components of the combined operation machine.(2)This study belongs to the field of agricultural machinery,and the working pressure of the primary system is 13 Mpa.The hydraulic cylinder is the universal tie rod hydraulic cylinder of WY1-CA140CN350 and AWY1-CA140CN350 A from Wuhan Oil Cylinder Factory,and the hydraulic valve is selected Beijing Huade Hydraulic Industry Group’s Rexroth series DBDS direct-acting relief valve,WE-type electromagnetic reversing valve and ZLS-type one-way valve;The hydraulic pipes are MA-type steel wire reinforced hoses from Shenyang Fourth Rubber Co.Ltd;The hydraulic pump is GB300 external meshing gear pump;The filter model is TF-63X100L-C.(3)The AMESim simulation platform is used to build a simulation model of the hydraulic control system of the combined working machine and its load.In the parameter mode,the component parameters are set according to the selection results,and the hydraulic system of the combined working machine is simulated and analyzed.Through the simulation analysis,it can be seen that the cylinder flow and pressure simulation results are ideal and meet the design requirements.The stroke and speed simulation results of the cylinder piston rod are in line with expectations,indicating that the hydraulic system designed in this thesis.(4)Carry out field tests.Test contents include: cylinder performance test,bundling test and residue film pick up test.The test results show that: The difference between the cylinder extension velocity and the simulation result is 0.01 m/s,0.01 m/s,0.02 m/s,0.01 m/s,and the difference between the cylinder retraction velocity and the simulation result is 0.13 m/s,0.16 m/s,0.10 m/s,0.10 m/s.The difference between piston rod displacement and simulation results is 3.3mm,0 mm,3 mm,4.9mm,so there is a small deviation between cylinder expansion speed and displacement and simulation results,but it does not affect the actual operation,so the hydraulic system design is reasonable and reliable;The combined operation machine equipped with this hydraulic system has strong working reliability when working in the field.The baling rate can reach 95.7 %,and the residue film scavenging rate can reach 83.53 %,greater than 80 %.The residue film scavenging rate meets the requirements of DG/T 149-2019 Residue film Recycling Machine,proving that the parameter design of the hydraulic system meets the operation requirements.Suitable for recycling residual film and straw crushing fields.
