Film pollution have become more and more serious in Xinjiang, it has become a problemwhich need to be solved urgently. This text combines the characteristics of cotton growing inXinjiang and the status of the plastic film collecting machine at home and abroad, Focusingon the design to a machine which combines driving target and plastic film collecting machine,it completes both soil preparation and films collecting, it reductes work times and improvesoperation efficiency.This paper introduces the status of the plastic film pollution and research progress onplastic film collecting machine at first, it describes the background and significance of theresearch topic. By compared the working performance, technical features and the mainquestion of plastic film collecting machine, it designs a machine which combines drivingtarget and plastic film recycling machine, and makes three-dimensional modeling by virtualprototype technology. It researchs kinematics and kinetics of picking films mechanism, andget the trajectory of picking films mechanism, it uses finite element analysis on spring toothby Solidworks Simulation, stress pattern, displacement diagram, strain graph can be got, andit can get speed diagram, strain graph, trajectory of the picking films mechanism by ADAMSsoftware; by integrated experiment of picking films mechanism and the separating usedplastic film from soil and transporting used plastic film mechanism. It got the bestcombination of factors. Therefore, using fuzzy method to solving the problem can be more inline with the actual engineering design optimization results.
