With the improvement of the national economic level,the people’s requirements for vegetable output and quality are higher,and the vegetable planting area has also increased year after year.With the increasingly serious aging of the population,the decline in the labor force population,and the increase in labor costs,it is very meaningful to realize the mechanization and automation of vegetable planting.In this study,with the goal of realizing the automatic high-speed film transplanting of vegetables,the design experiment was carried out on a hanging cup planting device that meets the requirements of high-speed and film planting.(1)The structural design and motion simulation analysis of the hanging cup planting device were completed.Using discrete element software EDEM,the resistance of four different shapes of hanging cups into the soil was analyzed,under the same experimental conditions,the resistance value of the conical hanging cup was the smallest,and the resistance peak was 28.1N.The collision process between the bowl body and the drum mouth of the hanging cup was calculated by using the Hertz model,and the inclination range of the horn mouth was calculated to be.The structure and installation size of the cam opening and closing mechanism were designed,and the height of the boss was determined to be 11.3mm,and the installation position of the boss was to control the hanging cup to be fully opened at the lowest point of the trajectory.The mathematical model of the movement of the hanging cup grower is established,and the sufficient necessary condition for obtaining the horizontal velocity component according to the principle of zero-speed seedling throwing is the planting walking speed ratio.Using Adams obtains the moving trajectory curve of the hanging cup and the horizontal direction of the moving speed and displacement change curve of the hanging cup,and the analysis can be seen that when the horizontal direction displacement curve appears approximately horizontal,when the seedling falls near the point,the possibility of forward or backward tilt is small.(2)The load torque test of the hanging cup planting device was completed.The load torque test bench of hanging cup type planting device was built.When the planting speed is certain,with the increase of planting depth,the load torque increases,and the torque value increases to a larger.In the case of a certain planting depth,the higher the planting speed,the greater the load torque,but the increase in torque value is small.When the planting depth is 80 mm,the planting speed is 30 rpm,and the planting frequency is 120plants/(row·min),the corresponding maximum load torque is 36N·m,which provides a reference for the selection of power source for planting devices.(3)The test of the soil trough planting quality of the hanging cup planting device was completed.The design and construction of the soil trough planting test bench were carried out.The orthogonal screening test were designed,the analysis of the test results can be seen that the impact of the planting walking speed ratio on the uprightness is greater than the inclination angle of the hanging cup and the planting frequency.The quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test was designed,and the soil trough planting quality test was carried out on the membrane and bare ground.The results of the planting test on the membrane show that the influence of planting walking speed ratio and hanging cup inclination angle on the uprightness is significant,the planting frequency has no significant effect on the uprightness,the planting frequency and planting walking speed ratio have a significant impact on the plant distance variation coefficient,the hanging cup inclination angle has no significant effect on the plant distance variation coefficient,the planting walking speed ratio and the hanging cup inclination angle have a significant impact on the length of the hole,and the planting frequency has no significant effect on the length of the hole.The naked planting test results are the same as the trend of the film planting test results,the difference is that there is no restriction on the phenomenon of tearing film for bare planting.
