Study On The Basic Type And Spatial Layout Of Under-forest Economic Industry In Guangdong

Under-forest economy,which is based on forest resources and forest ecological environment,supported by science and technology,make full use of forest resources and tree-lined space,engaged in the understory planting,breeding,acquisition processing,forest tourism and other three-dimensional agroforestry.Under-forest economy is a agriculture and forestry ecological development pattern,and it provide a solution for Agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry to make the resource sharing,complementary advantages,circle symbiotic and coordinated development come true.With production practicing,the under-forest economy has formed four basic type of the production and business operation:under-forest planting,under-forest breeding,forests product collection and processing,utilization of forest landscape.This paper takes the existing circumstances of under-forest economy of 20 cities(except Shenzhen)in Guangdong province as the research object.Base on the data of the baseline survey in 2016,we analyzed the basic types and output data by using Shift-Share Analytical Method(SSM)and SWO T Method in order to evaluate and make comprehensive analyses for the industrial structure and effective of economic development.Then we will be able to discusses the prospects of the development of relevant industries and regional competitiveness,and summarize the main problem existing in the under-forest economy developing,and finally offer a proposal to optimize spatial layout as well as countermeasures accordingly.Analyzing from four fundamental types of under-forest economy,utilization of forest landscape occupied max proportion area of forest land,under-forest planting attracted majority of farmers to participate.Under-forest breeding brings most obvious direct economic benefits for farmers,utilization of forest landscape produce the highest output value per unit area.Analyzing from the spatial distribution,under-forest planting at the mountainous area where is in the northern of Guangdong province has a good competitive advantage,under-forest breeding developed well at the Eastern mountainous area and the coastal areas,utilization of forest land scape has significant advantages in the pearl river delta region,and in the north of Guangdong province,there are many cities such as Meizhou,Heyuan,shaoguan and Guangzhou had good performance in forests product collection and processing.On whole,eastern,northern and western region of this province focus on the development of traditional under-forest planting and breeding,but the pearl river delta region focus on the comprehensive development and utilization of forest landscape.As an emerging mode of forestry industry,under-forest economy of Guangdong province developed rapidly in the late three years and the preliminary industrial structure has been formed.At present,the main part of under-forest economy of Guangdong province is the utilization of forest landscape,but the effect on increasing farmers' income is yet to be improved.The industrial foundation is still weak,in addition to the utilization of forest landscape increase significantly,the other three types of under-forest economy developed slowly.The analysis results show that the competitive advantage plays a significant role in promoting economic growth,the efficiency that industrial structure advantage could promote is not obvious,but the unreasonable industry structure hinder ing economic growth.According to the results of this analysis,this paper will divide 20 cities of Guangdong province into four area.The pearl river delta region to develop utilization of forest landscape,in combination with the pearl river delta forest cities agglomerations construction,exploring different ways for the forest landscape to realizing economic and social benefits.Eastern,northern and western region of Guangdong province would focus to develop under-forest planting,under-forest breeding,forests product collection and moderate to develop utilization of forest landscape,try to explore various forms of experiential forest tourism projects.C haracteristic project development in the eastern coastal region of Guangdong province had been proved highly successful,under-forest planting,under-forest breeding,forests product collection and processing in this region are not on a large economy scale but they are known possessing significant competitive advantage.Under-forest economy operators in this region should focus on developing high-end or niche product and digging value of special varieties.In the west coastal region,the local forestry departments should pay more attention to make a good plan and try to choose suitable patterns and projects in consideration of local natural environment and condition of the market,focus on developing Fructus Amomi,Alpinia oxyphylla and other native species,gradually develop under-forest flower,south medicine,seedling cultivation of valuable species and tourism industry in the coastal mangrove forest.
