Sdudy On Soil And Water Conservation Measures Structure Effect And Evaluation On Land Use Of The Typical Watershed In The Loess Hilly-gully Region Of Zone â…¢

Agricultural input and output structure(land, capital and labour) and the industrial structure are the key factors affecting the regional economic growth. Taking the Liugou watershed and Huaniu town as a research field, Using analysis approaches of the Rural Economic Structure Effect and Shift-Share, study of the effect of the structure of soil and water conservation measures in the typical watershed during 2002~2011, and analysis methods of structure effect superiority and limitations. Using land linear optimization model do contrast analysis with comprehensive harness of land utilization. The main results shows that:1 The land use structure changes.(1) Liugou watershed land use present farmland, wasteland area is reduced year by year, woodland increased year by year, grass and forest coverage reached 47.15%, form as the main body of the grape industry and being developed rapidly, other cash forest growth keep stable, grass and forest coverage reached 47.15%.(2) Huaniu town land use present farmland, others are reduced year by year, cash forest, soil and water conservation forest, grassland and water area increased year by year, form as the main body of the grape industry and being developed rapidly, other cash forest growth keep stable, grass and forest coverage reached 47.15%.2 The effect of land use structure.(1) Liugou watershed economic increase rate achieved 103.63% compared to without conservation practices, and restructure bought 42.86% of the contribution share over total output increment, technological effect was 57.14%, the economic growth pattern is began to pull away from investment push towards technology. The watershed agricultural economic growth was relatively higher than the average Maiji district, mainly comes from cash forest growth, production level is higher, at the same time reflects the low level of farming and animal husbandry production, which has great room to improve.(2) Huaniu town economic increase rate achieved 162.58% compared to without conservation practices, and restructure bought 25.76% of the contribution share over total output increment, technological effect was 74.24%, the economic growth pattern depend on technology, which have larger structural adjustment of space. Huaniu town agricultural economic growth was relatively lower than the average Maiji district, the main reason is that planting reduces the overall development level of agriculture Huaniu town. But the competitiveness of the cash forest is higher than the average Maiji district, which has large room to improve.3 The rationality of land use evaluation.There are two kinds of schemes of linear optimization model of land use in Liugou watershed, which estimate rationality of land use. it is concluded that soil and water conservation measures area between dominated by economic factors(plan a) and ecological benefits as the leading factor(plan b) measures area, belongs to the comprehensive development-oriented social economic environmental benefits.4 The comparison of analysis method of structure effect.Rural Economic Structure Effect focuses on the analysis of the input-output contribution share, Static Shift-Share only considered the date of the base year and the last years, Dynamic Static Shift-Share focuses on the analysis of each time segment each area, each industrial sector influence on regional economic development, but they do not apply to small areas.
