| Most of China’s farmland water Conservancy facilities are led by the local towns and villages,collectively funded,rural workers to build and maintain,the daily management of the facilities by collective organizations.After entering the new century,the emphasis of our country’s development is gradually inclined to industry.Under such a background,most of the farmland water Conservancy facilities are marginalized,which makes our country’s farmland water Conservancy undertakings stagnate for a long time.Farming water Conservancy facilities play an active role in improving agricultural production and promoting economic growth,but at present,the existing problems in the construction and management of farmland water Conservancy are becoming more and more prominent and have become an important problem to be solved urgently at present.The gaolan port district of zhuhai city is a region with a high level of agricultural development in Guangdong province,and modern agriculture is developing fast.At the same time,because it is located in the coastal plain of the Pearl river Delta,and the network of rivers in the region is full of water,it often ignores the construction of farmland water Conservancy facilities.It is difficult to meet the needs of the rapid development of modern agriculture in the present situation of farmland water Conservancy facilities in Gaolan area.Therefore,how to base on the actual situation of farmland water Conservancy development in Gaolan area to advance the practical problems of farmland water Conservancy development is put before us.This article adopts the method of field investigation and questionnaire investigation to sum up the present situation of farmland water Conservancy construction in gaolanggang district,zhuhai,and analyzes the performance of farmland water Conservancy construction in gaolanggang district from the perspective of farmers.It affirms the achievements of farmland water Conservancy construction in this area,and also exposes the problems in construction,such as unclear construction subject,uncoordinated investment and development,lack of professional management talents.Based on the successful experience at home and abroad,this paper makes some suggestions on the local farmland water Conservancy construction.Second,we will increase investment and guarantee farmland water Conservancy construction,and mobilize civil society organizations to participate.Third,improve the construction of professional management personnel,create a good working environment,improve the overall quality of water Conservancy workers. |
