Measurement Study On Capacity Loss Of Illegal Occupation On Cultivated Land In Gansu Province

In recent years,with the development of economy and urbanization,urban and rural construction land expand sharply,the contradiction between economic development and cultivated land protection has become increasingly.Due to the lack of government’s own behavior,the people for cultivated land protection consciousness is not strong,weak law for illegal territorial behavior constraints,a large number of cultivated land loss,its direct result is that the cultivated land loss of capacity.Gansu province is located in the northwest China,the weather is dry,the soil fertility is poor,less investment in agricultural economy,There are lots of Gobi and deserts,thus cultivated area is limited,the quality is poor,like most of the provinces,economic expansion in Gansu province is mainly takes the urban and rural residential areas and the surrounding farmland,this part quality is relatively good are responsible for a large number of cultivated land occupied capacity loss,has brought great harm to the agricultural development in Gansu province,so the capacity loss caused by the illegal appropriation of farmland in Gansu province for measurement and space analysis is imminent Previous scholars mainly study major grain producing areas of cultivated land productivity and the relationship between the economic development,very little research of capacity loss,combined with the illegal appropriation of farmland computing capacity loss research are much rarer In this paper,based on the investigation and related data,farmland classification and grading combined with 2010 ~ 2015 illegal occupy land who statistics,calculated three different capacity in Gansu province and its losses,on the basis of using ArcGis Geoda and ArcView software,to do spatial analysis capacity and loss,the main conclusion are:(1)In 2010-2015,the accumulated area of illegal occupation of cultivated land in Gansu province is large,numerous in quantity.The illegal occupation of land in 2010-2012 is increasing,reaching its peak in 2013 and decreasing in 2013-2015.(2)Gansu province cultivated land theoretical capacity,achievable capacity and actual capacity of 3404.48 million tons,2894.71 million tons,2374.88 million tons.The theoretical capacity loss caused by illegal occupation of cultivated land in Gansu province from 2010 to 2015,the loss of production capacity and the actual loss of production capacity is 29004.76 tons,24933.11 tons and 19356.33 tons respectively.The theoretical capacity and the highest production capacity are Longnan city,Wuwei city has the highest actual capacity of cultivated land,theoretical capacity,the realization of production capacity and the lowest actual capacity is Jiayuguan city.The actual capacity loss in Hexi corridor and Linxia region is higher than that in ke capacity loss.the actual production loss in Hexi corridor area is close to the theoretical capacity loss,and the actual capacity loss in other areas exceeds the theoretical capacity loss,which shows that the capacity loss in Hexi corridor region is beyond the reasonable range.(3)The total yield of cultivated land in different levels in Gansu province is high in the northwest and low in the southeast.The area of theoretical per unit yield and the highest yield per unit area per unit area is mainly distributed in the Hexi corridor area and the basin and Qin area of the mountain area.The actual per unit yield is highest in the Hexi corridor region;The total distribution of cultivated land capacity at different levels in Gansu province is higher than that in the northwest of China.The distribution of theoretical production capacity and production capacity is basically consistent,The total characteristics of capacity loss at different levels in Gansu province are higher in the middle and lower in both sides.(4)The theory capacity loss,can achieve capacity loss,actual capacity loss in Gansu provice is positively related in space.
