Cultivated land as the basis for human survival and development,and it's quantity,quality level and ecological,related to national food security,national economy and social harmony.In the situation of our country arable land was "one more and four small",strict protection of arable land,improve the quality of cultivated land was an urgent problem to be solved.The Ministry of land and resources "13th Five-Year" plan also proposed that strict protection of arable land and basic farmland,farmland classification investigation and evaluation of comprehensive update.Cultivated land productivity as the deepening and continuation of cultivated land classification,measured the quality of cultivated land and the "invisible" value of cultivated land,so master the different characteristics of cultivated land and the dominant factor,and that was great significance to formulate differentiated land policy and realize the sustainable development of cultivated land.This paper calculated the cultivated land theoretical capacity,achievable capacity,reality capacity based on the results of agricultural grading and the actual output of agriculture in Sichuan Province,and GIS-ESDA technique was used to analyze the spatial distribution and spatial agglomeration of cultivated land production capacity,the main factors of cultivated land productivity were discussed using the correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis,on this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of cultivated land productivity in Sichuan Province.The concrete conclusion is as follows:(1)The cultivated land capacity was better in Sichuan Province,and theoretical capacity(per unit area yield),achievable capacity(per unit area yield),reality capacity(per unit area yield)was 25.24103kg/hm2,22.34x103kg/hm2,20.49?103kg/hm2,and theoretical capacity(total output),achievable capacity(total output),reality capacity(total output)total production was 12100.43×104t,10852.37×104t,9878.17×104t.(2)The variation characteristics of cultivated land capacity was significantly in Sichuan Province,and the global space correlation was obvious,the local spatial agglomeration was low.The spatial variation characteristics of theoretical capacity was the East higher than that in the west,and showed Plain and hilly regions of Sichuan Basin>Chengdu plain area>basin region>the Southwest hilly of Sichuan Province>the Northwest Plateau of Sichuan Province.From administrative district,cultivated land theoretical capacity(per unit area yield)high value areas were located in Jiang You,Shi Fang Lang Zhong and other superior natural conditions of the traditional agricultural area,low value areas(per unit area yield)were located in Shi Qu,Se Da,Hong Yuan and other plateau and cold regions;and cultivated theoretical land capacity(total output)high value areas were located in San Tai,An Yue,and Ren Shou,low value areas(total output)were located in Gao Xin,Hong Yuan,Se Da.The differentiation characteristics and grade range of achievable capacity was similar to theoretical capacity,and the overall performance was higher in the east than in the West,but in the eastern part of the county,theory capacity(per unit area yield)and achievable capacity(per unit area yield)'s rang had large different.The spatial distribution of reality capacity was similar to theory capacity and achievable capacity,and the overall performance was higher in the east than in the West,but the regional distribution was more complex.From the reality capacity(per unit area yield),in west,the variation characteristics of reality capacity was similar to theory capacity and achievable capacity,but in the east,Plain and hilly regions of Sichuan Basin,and Chengdu plain area were Circular distribution.From the reality capacity(totzal output),the Northwest Plateau of Sichuan Province,the variation characteristics of reality capacity was similar to theory capacity and achievable capacity,Uanged from1× 104t?16.63?1t,and the cultivated land area in this range was less;in the Southwest hilly of Sichuan Province,the reality capacity had large differences between North and South,Mi Yi,Ren He,Ning Nan,Xi Chang's reality capacity was higher than the reality capacity of other regional administrative region.The global spatial correlation of reality capacity wasremarkable,but reality capacity's Moran's I below theory capacity and achievable capacity.(3)The dominant factors of cultivated land capacity in Sichuan Province was obviously different.The theoretical capacity was mainly affected by the resources"background",which climatic conditions,terrain conditions and soil conditions,such as,in Chengdu plain area,was Average annual precipitation;in Plain and hilly regions of Sichuan Basin,was average annual precipitation,surface exposure,soil thickness,soil organic matter content;in basin region,was topographic gradient,fertilizer application rate;in the Southwest hilly of Sichuan Province,was average annual temperature,irrigation guarantee rate.The achieve capacity,in natural conditions for agriculture superior region,such as Chengdu plain area,Plain and hilly regions of Sichuan Basin,was mainly affected by the resources "background";in relatively poor areas,such as basin region,the Southwest hilly of Sichuan Province,was mainly affected by the agricultural investment effect.The reality capacity,under the background of mode? agriculture,the influence of social and economic factors,and was mainly affected by the input of agriculture and the rural economy.According to the leading factors of the two levels of indicators,the use of measures to effectively improve the capacity of arable land.(4)There are suggestions to improve the productivity of cultivated land,Firstly,the implementation of land management system,safeguard cultivated land reasonable use;Second,overall land space development pattern,formed scientific development orientation;Third,strict protection of arable land,ensured the "survival line";Fourth,pay attention to the quality of arable land,safeguard food production;Fifth,pay attention to the ecological environment of cultivated land,improve the functions of cultivated land conservation;Sixth,enhance the productivity of arable land,maintained national food security.
