Research On The Motivation And The Consequence Of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.'s ESOP

With the promotion of policy's encouragement and market environment,ESOP has been developing rapidly in China,not only in the state-owned enterprises that have mixed ownership reform,but also in the private enterprises and the stockbreeding enterprises.However,compared with the foreign countries,there are fewer companies in the implementation of ESOP in China,and the Chinese scholars are relatively later in their research and fewer results,especially for individual cases,the case study of ESOP in the stockbreedingl enterprises is even more rare.Therefore,it is necessary to further expand the research on ESOP in the stockbreedingl enterprises,so as to meet the needs of the development of the stockbreeding enterprises.Based on a case study,this paper studies the motivation and the consequence of Muyuan Co.,Ltd's ESOP.Firstly,this paper introduces the base situation of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.and the three issue of the ESOP plan,and compares and summarizes the three issue of the ESOP plan.Secondly,this paper analyzes the motivation of implementing of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.'s ESOP from three aspects: the macro,the medium and the micro.Finally,this paper analyses the consequence of the Muyuan Co.,Ltd.'s ESOP from the perspective of non-financial and financial dimensions along the route of the ESOP can encourage the employees and motivate the employees to play the sense of ownership,thus improve the enterprise's financial performance through trying to reduce the cost,expanding the market performance and raise per capita profit.The conclusion is that the implementation of ESOP maybe one of the effective measures to enhance the performance of Muyuan Co.,Ltd..
