Study On The Growth Correlation And Pest Control Technology Of The Cuttings Of The Danish Hibiscus

Doing Denmark hibiscus four new varieties as the research object,in Denmark hibiscus breeding technology,plant growth correlation,plant diseases and insect pests and prevention and control technology research.Through plant growth hormone on cuttings rooting inducing test for best cutting processing scheme,at the same time,the different development stages of the analysis of the different varieties of plants growth correlation,understand the type of screening efficient prevention and control of pharmaceutical plant diseases and insect pests occur.The main research results are as follows:1.Study on cuttage propagation of hibiscus in Denmark(1)In the cuttings experiment of the Danish hibiscus,the different concentration treatments and varieties of IBA have significant influence on the rooting root of Danish hibiscus.Four varieties of the cutting survival rate,callus size,root number,and the longest root length increased with the increase of concentration of IBA treatment to increase after the first decreases,and the "adonis powder","adonis deep powder","ruby" three varieties of the optimal concentration of IBA treatment to 750 mg/L,the optimal concentration of IBA treatment "Apollo" is 500 mg/L.Moreover,the rooting ability of "Apollo"was significantly higher than that of other varieties.(2)Different rooting influencing factors combination of "adonis powder" cuttings survival impact study,through to the humidity,processing time,concentration of IBA,matrix orthogonal analysis,select the best combination processing handle 15 min for IBA750mg/L + substrate humidity 45%,poor through analysis and comparison between various factors,the influence of the substrate humidity on"adonis powder" cuttings survival influence the most significant.2.Study on the growth correlation of different plants of hibiscus denensis at different growth stages(1)In the study of root morphology of the seedling stage,"adonis powder" has the highest morphological indexes,and its root length,root volume,root tip number and root mean diameter are all significantly higher than that of other varieties.In the study of florescence root morphology,the total length,root volume and root diameter of the "ruby" root were significantly higher than that of other varieties.The root system of flowering plants was gradually mature,and the root system with greater than 2 diameter was gradually increasing.(2)Seedling aboveground growth character study "adonis powder","adonis deep powder",plant height,stem diameter,leaf area per plant morphological index is significantly higher than the 'Apollo'and 'ruby,' the 'Apollo' leaf number higher than other varieties;The photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance of leaves,and the physiological indexes of intercellular CO2 concentration were higher than those of other varieties,but the chlorophyll content was the least,only 42.2mg/g."Ruby" blooming plant height,crown,stem diameter,leaf area per plant and number of flower buds grow best,and the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomata conductance physiological index is higher than other varieties,intercellular CO2 concentration and chlorophyll content is lower than other varieties.(3)The seedling stage,denmark blooming hibiscus plant root system and aboveground growth correlation study shows that the four varieties of root morphology index and negatively correlated with plant intercellular CO2 concentration,and the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,chlorophyll content,leaf area per plant,plant height and crown breadth were positively correlated,and the conditions of the growth of root system has significant effects on the growth of aboveground.3.Investigation and prevention of disease and insect pests in the Danish hibiscus(1)The plant diseases and insect pests in the seedling types include bacterial speck,mould,coal pollution,greenhouse whitefly,ovate stubble mites and aphids,bacterial leaf spot,mould and greenhouse whitefly as the main types of plant diseases and insect pests in seedling stage,damage degree of medium level.Compared with the seedling stage,there were two kinds of diseases and pests,including bacterial leaf spot disease,coal smudge disease and greenhouse whitefly.(2)In the prevention and control of major diseases,20%of thiobacterium and 50%of chlorobromocyanuric acid had the best effect on the prevention and control of bacterial leaf spot disease,and the efficacy of 7d after the second dose was 90.9%and 87.1%respectively.50%bacteriostatic urea and 40%shijialle had better efficacy in preventing and treating gray mildew,and 2 times,the anti-effect was 93.6%and 94.7%respectively.In the main pest control,1.8%of avermectin emulsion had the best effect on the prevention of greenhouse white lice,and the control effect of 9d after spraying was 94.1%.The control effect of imidacloprid on aphids was the best,and the control effect of 9d was 95.4%.
