Prunus × cistena N.E.Hansen ex Koehne has purple-branched branches and leaves, and purple-black fruits. It is a highly ornamental plant in landscaping.Purple dwarf cherry tree is drought-tolerant,water-resistant,salt-tolerant,barley-resistant and pest-resistant.It has strong vitality and tremendous development potential. In this experiment, orthogonal experiments were used to test the factors affecting the rooting and survival of the softwood cuttings of A.purpurea, such as different cutting sites, different concentrations of indole acetic acid, time of cutting soaked indole acetic acid, and different matrix combinations. The following conclusions were obtained through experiments.Twig cutting trials of the purple dwarf cherry showed that the factors affecting the rooting rate of the dwarf cherry were factors D(indole acetic acid concentration)> factor B(cutting part)> factor A(matrix ratio)> factors.C(soaking time). The best test combination for the rooting rate of soft-leaf cuttings of A.purpurea was A3B2C3D2 or A3B2C3D3.That is,in the case of a matrix ratio of 7:3,the middle portion of the shoots was selected and soaked in an indole acetic acid solution at a concentration of 500 PPM or 1000 PPM for 30 minutes, and the rooting rate of the purple dwarf cherry tree was the highest.(2)The factors affecting the root length of the roots of the softwood cuttings of D.olorifolia were as follows: factor D(indole acetic acid concentration)> factor B(cutting site)> factor A(matrix ratio)> factor C(soaking time). The best experimental collocation of the main root growth of soft-leaf cuttings of A.purpurea was A2B2C4D2.That is,in the case of a matrix ratio of 6:4,the middle of the shoots was selected and soaked in an indole acetic acid solution at a concentration of 500 PPM for one hour. The root length of the soft-leaf cuttings of A.persicum was the longest.(3)Among the factors influencing the rooting coefficient of the tender branch of A.purpurea, the factor D(indole acetic acid concentration)> factor B(cutting part)> factor A(matrix ratio)> factor C(soaking time). The best experiment with the rooting coefficient of softwood cuttings of A.purpurea was A2B2C4D3.That is,in the case of a matrix ratio of 6:4,the middle portion of the shoots was selected and soaked in an indole acetic acid solution at a concentration of 1000 PPM for one hour. The number of roots of the softwood cuttings of the purple leafy dwarf cherry tree was the highest.(4)Factors influencing leaf area growth of tender shoots of A.purpurea were as follows: factor D(indole acetic acid concentration)> factor A(matrix ratio)> factor B(cutting part)> factor C(soaking time). The best test collocation of the leaf area of the soft-leaf cuttings of A.purpurea was A2B2C3D2.That is,in the case of a matrix ratio of 6:4,the middle portion of the shoots was selected and soaked in an indole acetic acid solution at a concentration of 500 PPM for 30 minutes. The leaf area of the softwood cuttings of the purple leafy cherry tree was the largest.(5)Among the above-ground biomass factors affecting cuttings of soft-leaf trees of A.purpurea, factor B(cutting position)> factor D(indole acetic acid concentration)> factor A(matrix ratio)> factor C(soaking time). The best experiment for the above-ground biomass of soft-leaf cuttings of A.purpurea was A2B2C3D3.That is,in the case of a matrix ratio of 6:4,the middle portion of the shoots was selected and soaked in an indole acetic acid solution at a concentration of 1000 PPM for 30 minutes. The above-ground biomass of the softwood cuttings of the purple leaf A.dwarfii was the largest.(6)Among factors affecting the underground biomass of the softwood cuttings of Viola variegata, factor D(indole acetic acid concentration)> factor B(cutting position)> factor C(soaking time)> factor A(matrix ratio).A3B2C4D3 was the best test for the underground biomass of soft-leaf cuttings of Viburnum breviflora. That is,in the case of a matrix ratio of 7:3,the middle part of the shoots was selected and soaked in an indole acetic acid solution at a concentration of 1000 PPM for one hour. The underground biomass of the softwood cuttings of the purple leafy cherry tree was the largest.(7)According to the comprehensive analysis, the factors and level of multi-factor comprehensive assessment of the rooting and growth of softwood cuttings of A.purpurea were A2B2C3D3,ie,the ratio of matrix was 6:2,the cutting site was middle, and the concentration was When soaked in 1000 ppm of indole acetic acid solution for 30 minutes, the comprehensive evaluation of the indicators of the purple dwarf cherry tree is the best.
