Water and fertilizer are the factors that limit the yield of crops.The unreasonable application of water and fertilizer not only can’t increase production,but also lead to soil pollution.To study the effect of coupling of water and fertilizer on alfalfa under drip irrigation can save water resources and promote fertilizer utilization effectively.It will provide scientific basis and technical support for alfalfa production and management in Ningxia area.In this study,the production performance index and forage quality index of alfalfa with different combinations of water and fertilizer were studied by using "JuNeng 7",a foreign variety,as the test material,in order to master the rule of water and fertilizer utilization of alfalfa.In addition,the production cost and economic benefit of alfalfa under different treatments were analyzed.The main findings are as follows:1.Irrigation could significantly increase the plant height,the ratio of secondary branches to stem and leaf,the yield of hay and fresh grass,and the difference of plant height of each stubble was significant,but there was no significant difference on the number of first-order branches.Fertilization could significantly reduce the number of primary branches and increase the number of secondary branches.The effect of fertilization on plant height and stem/leaf ratio was not significant.On the whole,fertilizer action>moisture action and interaction.2.Under the treatment of W3F2,the irrigation amount was 6750 m3/hm2 and the fresh grass yield reached the maximum value of 104.28 t/hm2when the fertilization rate was 135 kg/hm2,and the maximum value of hay yield was 22t/hm2 when the irrigation amount was 6750 m3/hm2 and the fertilization rate was 135 kg/hm2.3.The content of crude protein increased first and then decreased with the increase of irrigation and fertilization,and the acid detergent fiber increased with the increase of irrigation,and then decreased with the increase of fertilization.Neutral detergent fibers increased first and then decreased with the increase of irrigation amount.The relative feeding value increased first and then decreased with the irrigation volume.As the amount of fertilizer increased,it decreased.There was a positive correlation between irrigation and fertilization and crude protein,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber,among which,there was a significant positive correlation between irrigation and crude protein,fertilization and acid detergent fiber,neutral detergent fiber.4.Irrigation and fertilization were negatively correlated with relative feed value,and positively correlated with crude protein,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber,among which,there was a significant positive correlation between irrigation and crude protein content,fertilization and acid detergent fiber.The neutral detergent fiber showed a significant positive correlation.4.The quadratic regression equation of yield and application rate of water and fertilizer was established.When the amount of irrigation was 5250 m3/hm2,the amount of fertilizer was 585 kg/hm2,the maximum yield of hay was 19260.9055 kg/hm2,the quadratic regression equation was established between the partial productivity of fertilizer and the application rate of water and fertilizer.The maximum productivity of fertilizer was 140kg/kg,when the irrigation amount was 7499 m3/hm2 and the fertilization rate was 134 kg/hm2,and the regression equation between irrigation water and fertilizer application rate was established.When the irrigation amount was 5250 m3/hm2 and the amount of fertilizer was 585 kg/hm2,the maximum value of irrigation water use efficiency was 3.64 kg/m3.5.When the irrigation amount is 6750 m3/hm2 and the fertilization rate is 135 kg/hm2,the economic effect is the best,the yield is 22000 kg/hm2,and the net income is 25913 元/hm2. |
