At present,fertilizer is widely used in farmland in our country,which can improve soil fertility in a short time,but the problems of soil salinization,shallow plough layer and heavy metal pollution will appear for a long time.At the same time,with the implementation of "grain to feed" in China,animal husbandry has developed rapidly,and livestock and poultry have produced a lot of feces.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of agriculture,the organic fertilizer dispersal vehicle was designed and studied.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad and fully understanding the process flow of solid organic fertilizer throwing,this paper carefully studies the advantages and disadvantages of various institutions on the throwing equipment at home and abroad.At the same time,combining with the current agricultural development trend,a kind of research is designed to emancipate the productive forces and improve the efficiency of agricultural fertilization.A new type of solid organic fertilizer sprinkling vehicle,which fully takes into account the easy maintenance of the structure and the economy of working efficiency,changes the fertilizer plant from the traditional mechanical transmission structure to the dual hydraulic propulsion device,which has the advantages of uniform and stable organic fertilizer delivery.At the same time,the structure of solid organic fertilizer sprinkle is optimized in detail,the complex structure of the traditional power system is simplified,the structure layout of the sprinkle device is optimized,the system of safety early warning device is added,and the modeling and mechanical analysis of the key parts are analyzed,thus the new solid has been verified.The feasibility of throwing the car with the machine fertilizer.The solid organic fertilizer sprinkle vehicle is designed by the SOLIDWORKS application software as a whole.The 3D modeling is carried out for each component of the whole car,and the assembly work of the virtual prototype is carried out at the same time,and the structure layout of the whole vehicle is displayed.Using the ABAQUS Frequency application software,the model analysis of the designed solid organic fertilizer sprinklers sprinklers device is carried out.Through the first 6 modal analysis of the sprinklers,the first 6 order natural frequencies are obtained,and the classical modes of the whole casting roll device are obtained.The dynamic analysis of ABAQUS Explicit application software is also used to model the force of the sprinklers device under the working state of the safety warning device,and the structure parameters of the sprinklers device are simulated and calculated in the work of the board and the work of the safety device.
