Applying fertilizers is beneficial for increasing crop yield,but with excessive and blind application of fertilizers,it not only leads to increased production costs,but also brings problems such as soil compaction and environmental pollution.The animal husbandry in Ningxia region is developed,and the resources of manure are abundant.Reasonable application of manure can not only improve soil compaction,increase crop yield and quality,but also effectively reduce environmental pollution.In response to the problem of poor uniformity of fertilizer distribution in existing manure spreaders,this article obtains the physical parameters of manure through measurement and calibration.Combining the physical parameters of manure with the structural foundation of the existing manure spreader,the key components of the existing manure spreader are improved and designed.The fertilization process of the manure spreader is simulated and optimized using EDEM discrete element software,and experimental verification is conducted.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)Calibration of simulation parameters for barnyard manure particles.The particle size distribution,density,moisture content and other parameters of the manure particles were measured through physical tests,and the manure contact parameters were calibrated through simulation tests.The calibration results were:manure manure collision Coefficient of restitution 0.186,manure manure static friction coefficient 0.7,manure manure rolling friction coefficient 0.113,manure steel plate collision Coefficient of restitution 0.25,manure steel plate static friction coefficient 0.5,manure steel plate rolling friction coefficient 0.2,and JKR surface energy 0.028.(2)Improved design of key components and motion analysis of manure particles.Conduct force analysis on the manure particles,analyze the movement process of the manure particles,establish a motion model of the manure particles,and determine the factors that affect the uniformity of fertilizer particle throwing,mainly including the speed of the fertilizer tray,the inclination angle of the fertilizer blade,and the height of the fertilizer tray from the ground.Improve and design the key components of the manure spreader,including the spreader tray,spreader blades.(3)Discrete element simulation analysis and validation.The fertilizer application process of the manure spreader was simulated.With the rotational speed of the fertilizer spreader,the inclination angle of the fertilizer spreader blade,and the height of the fertilizer spreader from the ground as the test factors,and the Imposex coefficient of the fertilizer spreader uniformity as the evaluation index,the single factor and response surface simulation were conducted.The simulation results were analyzed,and the influence of various factors and their interactions on the Imposex coefficient of the fertilizer spreader uniformity was analyzed.The optimal parameter combination was obtained through parameter optimization:the rotational speed of the fertilizer spreader 592 r/min The inclination angle of the fertilizer blade is 10°,and the height of the fertilizer tray from the ground is 793 mm.The test results showed that the Imposex coefficient of fertilizer spreading uniformity after improvement was 17.02%,and the variation coefficient before improvement was 21.43%.The fertilizer spreading effect was improved. |
