Northeast Forestry University has experienced 66 years of construction history.Some scholars have conducted relevant research on the ecological benefits,visual aesthetics,and sustainability of the campus plant landscape,but their research and application of healing and health benefits under the concept of environment and health Research has not been involved.Teachers and studentsin colleges and universities have the need for healing due to the dual "high pressure" of physical and psychological factors.This study serves as an entry point for the improvement of plant landscapes and aims to provide a scientific basis for the construction of university campus environments with the attributes of rehabilitation gardens.To study the types,specifications and quarter-phase data of woody plants with relatively stable plant landscapes on the main campus of the campus from 2016 to 2017,and to measure the planting maps of woody plants,and code the ramets for each division,and collect the DBH,caliber,and crown width of each plant.The quantified data of specifications,from the five perspectives of environmental psychology,studied its species composition and application frequency characteristics.In different functional areas,13 representative landscape units were selected as examples to study the rationality of space and sight design.The NCS color cards were used to collect the color quantification data of flowers,fruits and leaves in each season in the spring,summer and autumn seasons to study the characteristics of-seasonal composition,and to evaluate the campus plant landscape comprehensively.A case study of the rehabilitation garden was used to discuss the participatory design of the rehabilitation garden.Taking the campus "PlanT"rehabilitation garden as a case study,volunteers were organized to conduct research on the health benefits of participating design horticultural activities for five months.Combining different disciplines in medicine and sociology,using TCM physique,depression,anxiety,SCL-90 scale,questionnaires,interviews,and behavioral observations to comprehensively evaluate health benefits,summarizing lessons learned from them,and then exploring the campus plant of Northeast Forestry University.The transformation strategy of landscape under the concept of environment and health.The main findings are as follows:1.Species composition of woody plants on the campus:There are 142 species of woody plants and 10220 strains,belonging to 69 genera and 30 families.The number of tree species accounted for 78.89%of all tree species in Heilongjiang Province.For the evergreen,flower,fruit,regular leaf,autumn leaf,medicinal,edible,fragrant and picking plants,statistical analysis of the types and quantities were performed.Among them,regular leaf plants,autumn leaf plants,edible plants,aromatic Plants and the types and quantities of plants that can be harvested need to be increased.The spatial composition features of the campus plant green space species:the arbor layer is dominated by slashwood,ash,red spruce,and birch,and the application frequency is 1.00%to 7.27%.The shrub layer is dominated by clove and zelkova,and the frequency of application is 1.02%to 14.41%.2.The spatial composition of plant landscapes on campus green land:The main campus area is 63hm2,and the green space rate is 36.72%.The proportion of green space in each structural type accounted for medium forest(54.59%)>sparse forest(34.96%)>grassland(10.45%),Qiao-Guan-Sao(61.65%)>Qiao-Grass(25.59%)>Guan-Sao(12.76)%).The distribution of campus green structure types is dominated by forest lands,occupying 89.54%of the total.There is less open space and the total light environment area is limited.3.Campus greenland plant landscape Seasonal characteristics of woody plants:In spring,summer and autumn,the standard color of the woody plants in the campuses accounted for 33.33%and 39.53%of the total leaf color of garden plants in Harbin in 2014.60.6%of the leaves on the Donglin campus are not rich in plant color.The plant’s flower color ranges from NCS S 0300-N to NCS S 6030-R20B,a total of 37 standard colors.The fruit color ranges from NCS S 0510-G80Y to NCS S 8010-R90B,a total of 44 standard colors.In terms of the persistence and meeting characteristics of the Guanhua Guanguo plant,the viewing duration of the spring flower plant was 45 to 69 days,and the spring season landscape was the most prominent.There are 1 to 6 species of introspective plants in summer and 0 to 20 species of plants in autumn.The char-acteristics of the summer and autumn seasons need to be enhanced.4.The scores on the coordination of the plant landscape and hard landscape of the Donglin campus,the harmony of the overall environment,the sense of safety,comfort.and satisfaction with the campus landscape were 6.963,7.532,and 7.071,respectively.7.117 and 7.399.The comprehensive evaluation of plant landscape on the campus of Northeast Forestry University was 72.89,which belonged to Class II.5.Combine the healing effects of plants,natural form factors and "biological-psychological-social"medical model for the design of the "Plant" rehabilitation garden and carry out the research on the health benefits of volunteer participation in designing horticultural activities.The key to the participatory design pattern of rehabilitation gardens and some of the changing spaces,and the health gains,is the activity organization model of "cross age and gender groups + closeness to nature+ participation in horticultural activities + appropriate activity patterns and time design”.20%of the volunteers who lasted 5 months of activity changed from biased to peaceful.The scores of volunteer anxiety and depression tend to decrease continuously,and the scores before and after the activity decrease by 16.2%and 22.7%respectively.Before and after the event,the 9 factors of the SCL-90 symptom self-assessment scale declined,among which somatization,interpersonal sensitivity and delusional factors were significantly different,and psychotic factors were significantly different.It shows that the horticultural activities in the rehabilitation garden can help relieve the anxiety and depression of the retiired people,actively regulate the physical comfort,interpersonal relationships,and mental stress,and can produce physical and psychological health gains.5.Problems and Improvements in the Campus Plant Landscape of Northeast Forestry University:The campus plant landscape has some attributes of the rehabilitation garden,which has a certain healing effect,but there is still not enough overall features.Education and physical and psychological healing are used as the measurement standards.The diversity of plant species richness and distribution is lacking,the distribution pattern of green land types is severely inclined,there is no form change in plant landscape levels,the plant leaf color is not abundant,seasonal and seasonal scenery of plants are not prominent in summer and autumn,and maintenance is insufficient in the late period,and cultural and plant landscapes are lacking.The lack of participatory design and integration of plant landscapes.It is recommended to increase the types and application of colored leaves,picking,eating,aromatic plants,etc.,such as apples,plums,and incense roses,to increase the richness of plant species;to enrich the spatial form of plants and to increase the number of plants.Landscape management and conservation levels,combined with campus culture to create feature landscapes,and the addition of participatory design horticultural activities and plant landscape spaces,such as the renovation of the planting area of the south lawn of the library and the southern part of the ice rink in February to be open to all teachers and students.Participating design gardens,organizing campuses and plant and plant adoption activities,etc.,aim to transform the campus into a university campus that is more characteristic of rehabilitation gardens.
