Ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.)is a Vrticaceae in the Boehmeria,it is a perennial perennial root herbaceous fiber crop.Ramie has been planted in China for more than 4000 years,mainly in China's Southern China,North China,southwest and other places.Gardenia(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)is an evergreen shrubs of Rubiaceae plants,as one of the traditional and famous flowers of our country,it is an important garden ornamental plant with the characteristics of luxuriant foliage,evergreen leaves and fragrant flowers.Gardenia is native to China,and its cultivation sites are all over the country,mainly in East China,southwest,central and southern regions.In terms of reproductive technology,Ramie is not suitable for sexual reproduction because of its small seeds,direct sowing difficulty,gene high heterozygosity and other reasons.Gardenia's flower is a kind of flower that is difficult to root,the main way of propagation is Cuttage Propagation.In this study,the most representative herbaceous plants and woody flowers were studied.Four kinds of N pretreatments(CK,N1,N2,N3)and three different incision treatments(H1,H2,H3)were used to study the rapid propagation of Gardenia's flower hydroponics,The rapid propagation of Gardenia's flower hydroponic culture was designed by using IBA concentration and treatment time to do two different random areas,the morphological parameters,physiological and biochemical indexes of roots were measured to study the core technology and influencing factors of hydroponic cottage of Ram ie and Gardenia.The main findings are as follows:1.Nitrogen can improve the root morphological parameters of ramie hydroponic seedlings.The average root length of N3 increased by 83%,22.4% and 33.3% compared with CK,N1 and N2 respectively.The maximum root length was 42.9%,16.3% and 28.2% higher than that of CK,N1 and N2 respectively.The root diameter of N2 treated level was significantly higher than than of CK,N1 and N3,which was 66.7%,42.9% and 42% higher than CK,N1 and N3 respectively.2.In Ramie leaves,the POD activity of CK was lower than that of the other three N treatments,but there was no significant difference from N2,there was no significant difference between N1,N2,N3.With the increase of the quality of N treatment,the soluble protein content of ramie leaves showed an upward trend.The soluble protein content of CK was lower than that of the other three N treatments,and the soluble protein content of N3 was the highest.The soluble sugar content of CK,N1 and N2,as well as N1,N2 and N3 was not significant,but N3 was significantly higher than CK,and higher than 12%.The nitrogen content in leaves of N1,N2 and N3 was significantly higher than that of CK,which increase by 19.7%,42.2% and 49.2% respectively,but there was no significant difference between the three N treatments.3.In the roots of ramie,the POD activity of CK was lower than of the other three N treatments,but there was no significant different with N1.N3 was significantly higher than N1 and N2,but N1 and N2 had no significant difference.The content of soluble sugar in the root of ramie showed an upward trend.The content of soluble sugar in CK was lower than that of other three N treatments.The soluble content of N3 was significantly higher than that of CK and N1,but there was no significant difference between N2 and N3.There was no significant difference in nitrate nitrogen content in N1,N2 and N3,but these three treatments were significantly higher than those in CK,which were significantly increased by 178.6%,212% and 199.1% respectively.The nitrogen content in N1,N2 and N3 was significantly higher than that in CK,which increased by 45.9%,51% and 64.5% respectively than those of CK,but there was no significant difference between the three N treatments.4.H2 has the largest underground biomass,and the underground biomass of H1 is less than that of H2 and H3.The total root length,total root surface area,total root volume,total projection area and root diameter of ramie showed the maximum of H2.The POD,PPO and IAAO activity of H1,H2 and H3 showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing in different periods,and reached the maximum in the callus period.5.Different IBA concentration treatments and time treatments had some influence on the root system parameters of Gardenia.Except for the root volume at 24 h and 50 mg/L IBA treatment,all other root parameters showed the greatest,and there were significant differences compared with other treatments except 32 h,50mg/L and 8h,and 150mg/L.Therefore,the best hormone treatment for Gardenia cuttings is 24 h and 50 mg/L.
