Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Stripping And Reusing Cultivated Land For Construction Occupied Farmland In Nanchang

In January 2015,the State Council issued the State Council’s views on strengthening Reform and Innovation and speeding up the Modernization of Agriculture,proposing that the work of stripping off and reusing cultivated land occupied by construction and occupation should be comprehensively promoted throughout the country.On 6 July of the same year,The Department of Land and Resources of Jiangxi Province issued a letter on the pilot work on soil stripping and reuse of construction occupied cultivated land in Nanchang City,requiring Nanchang City to take the lead in launching the pilot work on soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land occupied by cultivated land in the whole province.Officially carry out construction occupation of cultivated land soil stripping and reuse pilot work.On this basis,Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province has been launched one after another.Up to now,four pilot projects have been carried out in Nanchang City for soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land.This study is based on the analysis of four pilot projects of soil stripping and reuse in cultivated land occupied by construction and occupation.Through the typical case-Nanchang City High-Tech Development Zone and Jinxian County Sanyangji Township construction occupied cultivated land soil stripping and reuse pilot project analysis,This paper summarizes the characteristics of construction occupied cultivated land in Nanchang city,soil stripping and reuse in cultivated land,soil stripping in tilling layer,land reclamation in ploughing layer,the main body and benefit of project implementation,and the occupation and supplement of cultivated land.This paper summarizes the pilot problem of soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land occupied by construction and occupation in Nanchang city,and finally puts forward the problem of cultivated land occupied by construction in Nanchang city.Suggestions for improving the pilot problem of soil stripping and reuse.The suggestions for soil stripping and reuse in cultivated land occupied by construction and occupation in Nanchang city are as follows: analysis of soil stripping in tilling layer,land reclamation of soil stripping and reuse of tilling layer and the main body of project implementation.On the basis of the problems of cultivated land occupation and cultivated land supplement,the paper puts forward the aspects of soil stripping,soil stripping and reusing of tilling layer and the main parts of project implementation.Suggestions for the improvement of soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land occupied by construction in Nanchang City,such as cultivated land occupation and arable land supplement,Therefore,it provides a practical research basis for the successful implementation of the pilot projectof soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land occupied by cultivated land in Nanchang City in the future.In this study,some suggestions on soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land occupied by construction occupation in Nanchang city were put forward,which provided better practical research results for the implementation of soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land in Nanchang city in the future.In the future,the practice of soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land in Nanchang city can be more scientific,reasonable and standardized,and it can also provide the relevant practical research basis for the implementation of soil stripping and reuse of cultivated land in the construction and occupation of cultivated land in other cities.
